Had to go to HCMC for USA embassy meeting. Stayed here for two nights. the hotel is in a perfect location right near the embassy and everything. It's old but clean. Only complaint I had was the customer service. She spoke half way decent English but had an arrogant attitude. My daughter was crying in the lobby and I wanted to check in she was playing on phone I kept asking to let us get checked in and she kept goofing off. finally I bribed her AKA coffee money 8 dollars and she let us check in "it was 11:00am" upon checking out same ******** the taxi was outside and my daughter crying and she wanted me to wait for her to inspect the room. I laughed I said I am F*&^ing leaving your not getting anymore AMERICAN DOLLARS from me! other than the Vietnamese being typical vietnamese it was a decent place to stay. As usual they see a white American and see a walking dollar.

Great location at decent prices. Rooms are quite decent in size. Recently added massage service at the lobby, yet to try. Perhaps can try in my next visit

We appreciated the convenient location and the helpfulness of some staff members during our stay. However, we were disappointed by the subpar facilities. Overall, while it served its purpose in an emergency, improvements are needed for a more comfortable experience.

I have given this hotel a very favourable review because it simply provided exactly what we expected. When we went to Vietnam, we didn’t plan to spend a long time in the hotel, rather just a place to sleep, and therefore, don’t believe in paying for an expensive hotel. Although the stairway leading to the entrance is steep, and the lift is absolutely tiny, the room was sufficient for the price. They had a massage place in the lobby but no restaurant or other amenities. There is a bar/restaurant located on either side of the hotel and a small local eatery (small stools and tables outside) opposite, which smells absolutely divine. Very convenient for transport and probably close to some places you will be visiting. Overall, it is simply goos value for money.
