The facility address is wrong so BEWARE because I ended up at a residence apartment. Overall, the staff was very lovely and super helpful. :)

apartment is ok and clean specious. this apartment management have 24 hour service for check in check out
just prepare ready cash 500.000 VND for security deposit which is not mention at the time of booking.

It's completely different from the picture and the cleanliness is a mess.
The actual room size is less than 20 square meters, but Trip.com says it is 35 square meters haha.
It was my first time in Ho Chi Minh City, so I just put up with it and stayed for 3 nights. When I requested a towel replacement on the morning of the second day, they provided it on the evening of the last day.
I almost cursed lol.
When I go abroad, I usually book accommodations through Trip.com, but it was the worst.
The location is good and Grab is also available...

I booked for 2 nights, but didn't know it was a service apartment and thought it was a hotel.
I went in around 10 and tried to check in, but they said there were no rooms.
Then I asked for another accommodation and it took over an hour just to check in.
It was almost 12 when I checked into the accommodation, and I almost ended up sleeping homeless.
It seems like they gave me a better apartment, but I had to change rooms the next day anyway, which was very inconvenient and inconvenient.

The location is 8 minutes away from Pham Lao 5th Street. I couldn't find the front desk when I checked in. I had to find someone through trips to check in.
