Check in was delayed for us by more than 40 mins. Temporary room was given , informing that the room will be given later, but after a few hours, we were asked if you want to stay in the present room as the price is same which later we realised it was not the same. When requested for the late checkout as we were checked in late, was directly denied saying it’s not allowed. The experience was not a good one. Would not recommend this hotel. 3/10.

Pros:
-Friendly staff
-Good location: near heaps of restaurants and a lovely spa across
Cons:
-The room booked wasn’t available. The front desk staff informed us the guest will extend his stay until 10PM. That was unacceptable knowing their has been reservations made days prior. We weren’t happy about the change.
-The air conditioning unit wasn’t strong enough to cool the room. You can feel the heat especially in the afternoon.

There was a photo of a luxurious bathtub, and it was stated that there was definitely a bathtub, but they said there was no bathtub for this class, and even though it was written in the remarks column, after arguing for 40 minutes, they coldly replied that I should either check in or cancel. Since I had a lot of luggage, I had no choice but to check in, but it was a big mistake. The shower room was full of black mold, the walls were dirty, it was written as 25m2 but it was definitely less than 20m2, and there were only two frayed bath towels like rags. I have stayed in over 50 hotels in Ho Chi Minh City and it was not worth the price. It was the worst class. I will never stay here again.

It is located near the first-tier downtown area, so it is convenient because it is close to the surrounding areas and everything is nearby. It is a small room, but it is clean and the view is not bad, so it is good.
However, it is a pretty room with a bathtub, but the water in the bathtub did not come out properly, so I could not use it. And it is a pity that Netflix and other parts did not work properly on the TV.
It is a good hotel for a simple stay and staying near the downtown area.

It was really the worst except for the location.
I stayed on the 5th floor and there was a den of cockroaches. I saw so many cockroaches that I was speechless. The facilities were also really bad.
It's a hotel I won't go to again.
