Service:
1. Lack of responsibility:
There is no notice from the booking that The CozrumHomes is the self-service. Even, I already sent the message that ‘I’ll check in at 2pm’ but there is no response and give the information
2. Lax process and lack of professionals in service:
When I came to the place, the hotline number too hard to contact. After adding the Zalo, the admin got the booking number but couldn’t check which branch I'm staying at!
3. Lack of flexibility in handling matters:
Because there is no notification, so when arrived at the Cozrum Saphera, have to wait for the checking booking, after that the admin will send the code to open the door, and have to take pictures the Passport and send to the admin Zalo for the verification! All the steps were wasted time!
It’ll be save the time if they call the customer for the confirmation and collect the documents before the check-in time!
