Your check out time is the time you check in; I checked in at 10pm, so I was able to check out 4 days later by 10pm. This is awesome! 💚
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was in a quiet neighbourhood while still inside the CBD.
There is a small gym, which was good, but I wish it had better air conditioning. The breakfast was also good, but I wish it had more Vietnamese options.

Amazing well designed 24 hours concept hotel: by the time you check in you have 24 hours for your check out. Rooms are a bit small, but ok for me. It could be noisy if your room is facing the main street. Only two lift are not enough for a 12 story building, I found them slow. Staff were super friendly. Bar service with reasonable prices. Breakfast buffet simply amazing, Vietnamese and Western choices available, a bit crowded. Only something to improve: kindly consider to provide chinaware mugs for the coffee or tea, not nice having it on a paper cup. Overall, super satisfied with my stay there. Definitely I will repeat if I am back to Vietnam.

The check in and check out were both fast. The breakfast was good and the staff were accomodating. I hope that they can improve the quality of their wifi and also for the cleanliness. I saw an insect on the bedsheet and luckily I was able to eliminate it because it's too small and can enter my ears. Please double check these small things next time.

When I reach the hotel, there was a Xmas party at level 1 cafeteria are, which was extremely noisy. Initially the staff assigned me level 2 room even though I asked for a quiet room. In the end staff managed to change me to a higher floor room

The location is good and easy to locate or catch a Grab. Room is quiet even though the hotel is located along a main street. Breakfast is good and with good choices. Enjoyed my stay.

Had a great stay, friendly staff, breakfast is nice but they could do with equipment to keep food hotter and not pre cook fried eggs.
Menu is reasonable but when ordering a platter got told it was not available but still advertised on menu plus I pointed out a spelling mistake on the menu.
Bar is nice with happy hour even on ales.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and reception was very helpful when we had to extend a night stay and it was no trouble.

Fantastic hotel with hot shower, clean towels, daily cleaning, 24/7 gym and laundry. Check in was quick and easy. Room includes TV with some English channels plus wake up call device. You can also choose to do your own laundry here. One load in the washer and dryer is 50,000 VND each, about 2 USD. There are only two machines each so it may get busy. The only downside is it’s on the edge of District 1 so you need to take a Grab. It’s not expensive but may take 15 minutes or so depending on traffic.

All staff are helpful and friendly. Very quick to offer help when needed. Good location and easy to get around... Will definitely stay again when travelling back to HCMC.
