Wonderful hotel and amenities, staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room is really nice and spacious, just on top of a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants.

Staying in this hotel was a lovely experience. The service, the free mini bar and stocked pantry on each floor with snacks were all amazing additions that helped make this stay a fantastic one. The only issue I had was with the poolside service where I ordered food but didn’t get any cutlery or napkins to use. I later ordered a canned drink but did not get a glass. It was the strangest thing. The hotel restaurant offered delicious food with great service.

Food is good, and the customer service is excellent. This is my third time staying at this hotel, which has the best location in District One. It's so convenient! I love the gym too. The bed is very nice to sleep on, and the duvet is incredibly comfy.

Very strategic location and stone throw to most tourists point within D1.
The hotel staff provide a very warm welcome and ensure we had a pleasant experience!
Will definitely return to this hotel in my next visit

Good hotel ambience, great breakfast buffet spread, very friendly, approachable & helpful front desk staff & team and F&B staff. Walking distance to lots of other attractions, F&B places and shopping malls etc.
Only slight drawback would be the lack of its own hotel entrance, pick up & drop off drive through points that is cluttered with the co-shared mall.

Good location. The hotel is situated in Saigon Centre which has many food options.
The suite room was big and spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a living room. We struggled with the aircon temperature, which we were unable to adjust. However, the hotel staff were quick to send someone to try and fix the issue. Exceptional service!

Stayed at Fusion Original Saigon Centre for several days, and it was pretty awesome. The location is super handy since it’s inside Saigon Centre Mall, so you’ve got shops and restaurants right there

Staff very attentive. Our apartment was very clean & dust free. The pantry was a good feature. Location is excellent within Saigon Center. Convenient to stay there. Would be nice if they provided umbrellas for rainy days.
