Conveniently located inside Saigon Centre mall sharing the premises with Takashimaya. It's within walking distance to the famous market Ben Thanh. Easy to get a Grab car to travel around the city. My only complain is the bathroom is a little dark. Otherwise, everything is great!

The hotel is excellent. The location is right within Saigon Centre and within walking distance to many attractions (100-700m). The service provided by the staff was excellent. The room was also very well appointed, though the aircon was pretty warm even when adjusted. The breakfast selection is excellent - a little limited on the buffet side but very good à la carte menu dishes including Vietnamese and Western choices.
A couple areas of improvement to be considered. The internet was pretty slow and choppy for a hotel of this class, averaging about 20mpbs. The gym was also separate from the hotel, but still within the shopping centre - but it was crowded and disorganized.
