Nice location with lots of good restaurants around; room is spacious but a bit old and more than one electrical outlet does not work; staff very friendly and breakfast is good as well.

The staff of this hotel don't know how to talk to their guest, I went to this hotel with my husband, we have the booking their, the receptionist there named Emily and the manager their has provided us uncleaned room and when we asked them to clean it they cancelled our booking stated that we don't welcome you in our hotel, leave our hotel right now, The staff their was very arrogant. I don't refer anyone to visit this hotel. It was a nightmare in day time. We were surprised and shocked hearing those words. In an unknown country they behaved with us like this. They told us leave otherwise we'll call the security. We don't even got the refund for the cancellation.

Decent hotel in the heart of Ho chi Minh city. I was booked in for 3 nights the check in was smooth. All the staff were attentive and friendly. The distance to bui vien walking street is walkable (5-7 mins). Budget friendly hotel. Breakfast was okay. Overall a decent hotel.

Very clean hotel, located 1.2 km from the city centre and river front, very easy access to city centre, excellent staff, very good breakfast choices. Has a nice swimming pool and a great views from the roof top. Mini market right across the street.

The worst experience I have ever had about the hotel rules, i don't know if they are laid by the hotel or the front office executive named Justin, it's worst experience. The breakfast buffe was on not that great. Front office Lady staff was polite and very helpful, dining lady staff was also equally good doing their job.

Stayed at the Acnos Grand Hotel for 3 nights. The check in process was easy and the staff were pleasant and attentive. My room was quite small but fully functional with great views and great wifi. The breakfast buffet was in line with the other buffets on this trip with an omelette station and the usual items. I did like their croissants. There was a small pool out front of the hotel with hundred of scooters passing each minute so it afforded no privacy. And there were no other amenities. It was a pleasant stay.
