The weirdest hotel ever, i book a wings room with 2 double bed, when i come to check in they provide room with 1 bed and ask for upgrade to the 2 bed room which i booked at the begining and charge 400.000VND for the upgrade. They declined any responsibilty and only give option to upgrade or not. Even when it shows on their website about the type of room, they just did not care about it, it is very unprofesstional and unreasonable.
