Great location, comfortable stay. Breakfast was great too. If you are super light sleeper, the sound proof might bother you. If not it’s a good place to stay.

Have stayed in this hotel for many times,this trip is special to me as 2 strangers came knocking at my door for many times when i looked at the peek hole and I informed the hotel staff regarding this through phone and ask a staff from hotel to help.When the staff reached my room(which i put do not disturb)they still ask me to open tye door and verify that i do not know the 2 strangers(which i already inform on the phone) Wonder why this hotel allow strangers have access to the guest rooms floor.

My stay here was disappointing for several reasons. First, when I checked in, I encountered an issue about payment. I booked the stay via Trip.com using my credit card, assuming the hotel would charge it automatically. However, when I arrived, I was informed that payment had to be made at the counter by credit card or cash, debit card is not allowed. Unfortunately, I didn’t have my credit with me, and there is no ATM nearby that allowed me to withdraw enough cash in a single transaction. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. Second, when I used my room card to enter my assigned room for the first time, I found that another guest already inside. Thankfully, they had used the extra lock, or I would have walked straight into their room. When I reported this to the hotel, their first response is “How is that possible?” That’s exactly my question, how could such a mistake occur? Also, the laundry fee is very high, carefully check the price before sending your clothes. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet was good, and the location is ideal for visitors.
