The room is a bit old and a bit small compared to the price. I booked a room with a window but when I checked in, it didn't have one. Service ok. Reception ok

Process to checkin so slow. I have to contact directly to the CS of the brand to help me. I ordered room with big windows and gave me the room with no windows at first and took 30mins to change the room and I had to contact myself to get supports.

I arrived at ks on a rainy night and woke up in the warm morning to have breakfast. Except for a small trouble with the toilet of ks, everything is fine

The hotel wasn’t that bad of compared to the price I got. The room was small and I heard all the noisy sounds from the outside even though the hotel claimed that it was a sound proof. The bathroom was nice, the bathtub was acceptable. Good thing was the water’s temperature. The location is crazy because the hotel located in the local area where you barely found tourists and people there 90% don’t speak English which is a bit difficult for you to understand Vietnamese. The smell in that are la was so bad, crazy motorcycle and all the trash along the pavement. The picture below is a restaurant in front of the hotel

There must not be such a large room at the same price, with 2 windows and good air. Motorcycles can be stored downstairs, which is very safe. There is an elevator to go up and down, and it is very convenient to have luggage. The main road is at the door, so it is convenient to travel.

Lovely apartment with full amenities. The furniture is new and well-maintained. I really enjoyed the living space, especially the balcony view.

Location is good. Just a short grabbike to local market, to eateries and attractions in district 1. Room is quite clean and in better condition thanany other similarly priced hotels. Pleasantly surprised that staff can speak English so communication is not a problem too. Don't think hotel serves food bit many eateries within walking distance, be it local food stall or midrange restaurants

Good place to stay: convenient location - close to the airport and to the center of Ho Chi Minh. The room is clean, there is a kitchen. No elevator.

The room is very clean. A little bit small. But it is very complete. The environment is also very good. It is very convenient to go to the attractions. The service attitude is very good!

Location near the cool riverside, convenient to District 1.
