The Japanese-style facilities were of good quality, though they felt a bit dated. Overall, it was decent. Complimentary fruit was provided daily, and the breakfast was nice too. A manager at the front desk spoke Chinese, which was helpful. However, I wasn't a fan of the stepped bathtub.
District 10 offers an authentic local experience away from the tourist crowds. Explore vibrant flower markets and savor incredible street food. It's a fantastic base for discovering Ho Chi Minh City's culture.
The room was more than spacious for one person. Location was great too, nearest Circle K was about 5 mins walk away from the property. Cleanliness was just so so, but appreciate their daily housekeeping service. Two main things, even though the hotel’s description said no smoking in public areas & there is a designated smoking area, I smelled the smoke at the corridor and even inside the room. Therefore, the atmosphere was pretty suffocating to me. Another thing was the water pressure of shower head, it was really bad even with the tap fully switched on. When I reported that to the front desk, the guy said it’s same for every room which doesn’t make sense at all for me & he didn’t bother to do anything to fix the issue. Overall, it wasn’t a very good experience 🥲

Nice room, comfortable bed. Because my room had no window, it was a bit stuffy and hot. Convenient location and very close to VanHanh Mall for those who like shopping. Opposite there is a 24/7 noodle shop that is also very delicious. Suitable for those who work or travel for a short time like me.
The bathroom and bathtub are big and clean for the price, and it's good value for money.
The location is not in the first district, but it takes about 20-30 minutes to the Opera House by taxi, and it was easy to get there and back because Grab was easy to catch.
The soundproofing is not good, but I was very satisfied with the price and rested there. ^^
Michelin Pho Le Rice Noodle House is also a 5-minute taxi ride away, or a 15-minute walk away, so it would be good to stop by.
It was more like a boarding house where Vietnamese students stayed long term rather than tourists. It was a place where rooms were made by dividing a small space into upper and lower parts. There was a shower in the bathroom, so I couldn't bring toilet paper, so I had to bring toilet paper every time I went to the bathroom, which was inconvenient, and the wooden door made a beeping sound every time I opened and closed it, which was noisy!
The location of this hotel is very good, located in the city center, very convenient to travel. The room is modern and clean, and you can see a beautiful city view from the upper floors. Seeing the sunrise in the morning is really beautiful. The service is very good and the staff is very welcoming!
Thang máy mới, vận hành êm ái. Tuy nhiên, vào buổi sáng khi nhiều người check-out, phải chờ khá lâu để có thang trống.
Máy lạnh hoạt động mạnh, phòng luôn mát mẻ. Tuy nhiên, tiếng quạt gió hơi to, ban đêm có thể gây khó chịu nếu ai ngủ nhẹ.

Great
AAnonymous UserI had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just a short driving distance to Van Hanh Mall. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
FFuNot bad, stayed for four nights, the location is near the Taiwan Affairs Office and close to the 5th County, the food and drink are very suitable for ********* people, there is someone cleaning every day, although the counter does not speak Chinese, but the attitude is very good ><, next time if there is a chance, I will choose to stay again
GGuest UserThe location is in the narrow alley. It will be better to go to the alley when calling a taxi, otherwise the driver will not find it! Then you need to have a Vietnamese door number to contact the landlord. The way to stay is a youth hostel!
GGuest UserIt's 5 minutes from the pedestrian street, 10 minutes from Chinatown, 5 minutes from the Water Puppet Theater, and 5 minutes by taxi. It's quite convenient, quiet, and spacious outside. There's a separate coffee shop with free breakfast. I hope the service staff will check it in time because the weather is hot. The service environment in general restaurants is generally not very new. The store is suitable for group tours
MMatt(ger)Con:
Bedsheets appear used (hairs, knitters, stains, sheets are white but not ”white”), they call it environment-friendly 🫠
Super hard to find, outdated photos, no google entry, description sucks.
Rude communication, ask many questions but seem not to read replies properly. Texting worked but calling not (11pm).
Shower/Shampoo there but not labeled.
Toilet shower leaking.
Pro:
If they provided clean bedsheets and fix their instructions, the room provides high value for the given price.
The technical checkin aspect is well-thought if properly updated (add maps link and grab POI!!!).
The elevator enables also convenient short stays even with big suitcases.
They message you on zalo, whatsapp and sms parallel
