Our First Stay in Ho Chi Minh – A Memorable Experience at Rivergate Residence This was our first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and we had an amazing stay at Rivergate Residence. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and made our trip even more special. The staff, especially Miss Min, Raymond ,Nolan, and Sang, were incredibly understanding and attentive. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived quite late—around 11 PM—but they stayed in touch with us the whole time, making sure we had no trouble checking in. Their dedication and hospitality truly stood out. The pool at Rivergate was absolutely stunning—both relaxing and scenic, with beautiful views that added to the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Rivergate Residence to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh for the first time.

I think it's excellent. The staff responded quickly to messages, and the check-in process was very detailed. The accommodation is about 10 minutes from the first district, with plenty of food nearby. It's also a great place to stay without the crowds and noise of the city. The room was very clean, the TV was large, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great experience.

The room is quite big. It is a two-bedroom apartment in the fourth district. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc. It is about 15 minutes by taxi from the city center. There is a convenience store and Highland coffee downstairs. It is good overall, but not as convenient as living in the city center. The electrical appliances in the room are all Samsung, but the bed is not very good, and the overall decoration looks cheap. It is okay overall, but not recommended for those with high quality requirements

The hotel is located in an easy-to-find location, and communication is also very convenient. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist when needed. The room is clean and tidy, creating a comfortable feeling. I am quite satisfied with the experience here. I will definitely come back and introduce this hotel to my friends.

At first i was worried about the reviews but after I saw the room it was very nice and the host also kind and so nice. Room was clean and the location all good. I really like this place.

The price was reasonable, the room was clean, but the showerhead water pressure was very weak—that was a downside. The view from the window was decent. The only major issue was one male front desk staff member who had poor service attitude. Although he answered questions and checked me in without problems, his tone was very mean, and the way he stared at me made me feel uncomfortable.

The place is a bit far from the places you would commonly visit in Saigon. But if you want to have a relaxing, quiet, and peaceful place, this is perfect. The place is best for families visiting Saigon. I enjoyed my stay there and some of the facilities. People are nice, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely book this place again, if I visit Saigon again.

The place is super clean, super comfortable beds, and everything is well put together. Great for a family trip or friends, cuz it has a kitchen and u can cook/do laundry...etc. And the views are impeccable. Not to mention to the host is great, he's helpful and responds within few minutes. Highly recommended!!!
