Booked a king room with city view and was given a room with a red building , was told that this is the king room . I was unhappy , made a complaint and the front desk manager(31OCT at 230pm) was not friendly but agree to a change, but always told to give them an hour to prepare the room. So the check in was delayed to 330. But when we went back around 5pm, they gave us the same room lower floor with the same view. Made a complaint again and the duty manager of the hotel came down very quickly like 10mins and agree to help us change to hotel
Room with a city view which is the second picture . The front desk manager Anna who toolemovee the unfriendly colleague was good and make very good effort the assist me and update me on the room change. The manager of the night was effective and made the change for us . Overall average experience because given the incorrect allocation of room due to non alignment of room description between Hilton and trip.com

A good, beautifully decorated hotel in the very center, located and with impeccable service. Breakfasts are delicious and everything is fresh. Cleanliness is also beyond reproach. Minus one point for the Wi-Fi that drops out and does not handle FULLHD, max 480. But the main minus for me is the shower, which is located next to the toilet, and not where it should be - above the stone bath, which is closed by a glass partition. . As a result, after taking a shower, everything flows to the toilet and the whole room is flooded and you can't go to the toilet. Why? The designer is apparently an artist, that's how he sees it. And he put the washbasin in the hallway, instead of a closet. And of course, the hotel is wonderful in everything else, but ... The choice is yours!

Fantastic hotel with hot shower, clean towels, daily cleaning, 24/7 gym and laundry. Check in was quick and easy. Room includes TV with some English channels plus wake up call device. You can also choose to do your own laundry here. One load in the washer and dryer is 50,000 VND each, about 2 USD. There are only two machines each so it may get busy. The only downside is it’s on the edge of District 1 so you need to take a Grab. It’s not expensive but may take 15 minutes or so depending on traffic.

This is an excelent place to stay! The location is fantastic, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. The residential complex itself has great amenities, including a pool and gym (accessible from the 3rd floor).
The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, cozy, and very comfortable to stay in. The air conditioning works well, and there's even a small area for quick clothes drying, which was super handy.
Thuong was really responsive and quick to help with any questions or issues we had during our stay. Also, cleaning was provided twice during our 3-week stay, which was a nice surprise.
We definitly recommend these apartments and really appreciate Thuong’s great hospitality

It has great view of Landmark and very easy access to grocery and FamilyMart right in front of the condo. Literally walking distance to Landmark shopping mall. The condo has washing machine, fridge, kitchen but no microwave. I don’t trust their cups, utensils and pots so we don’t use it. The floor unfortunately is very slippery. Idk why but I have to wear slipper once I touchdown into the house. Toilet is very dull and need deep cleaning. However, service is good. Need to use WhatsApp to communicate and they will arrange ppl to clean etc..

This B&B is the most satisfying one I have ever stayed in. Before we arrived, the staff was already waiting for us to check in. Afterwards, they carefully explained to us how to use the B&B's facilities and provided us with nearby delicacies. As soon as we entered, everyone was busy taking pictures. There was a beautiful view outside the window. This house is very clean and very suitable for a family to live together.
I was looking for a place close to the airport for transit, and this hotel looked like it had a good location. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so it's a convenient area. The facilities are still new, so the rooms are very clean. The shower room is very spacious, and although it was a little inconvenient that the area around the sink got wet, it wasn't a big problem. The first floor is a shared space with a large table and sofa, where you can drink coffee and rest. The woman at the reception also arranged for a glove taxi for the return trip. I will use this hotel again if I stay overnight in transit.

The restaurant is under renovation, so there is no breakfast and there is no refund. The breakfast fee was refunded when I checked in last time, which was 100,000 VND per night. The downstairs and next door are under renovation, so it is very noisy around 8 o'clock every day.

GGuest UserClean and beautiful apartment, very good view, good support staff attitude
PPHITCHAYAI really enjoyed staying at Tam's apartment. I've already booked more nights for my return trip to Saigon. Tam was quick to answer my concerns and questions. Highly recommended for other travelers visiting Sai Gon
Zzihui26The hammock hotel at the very good location, 5mins to Ben thanh market, 1min to the art museum. The best part is the hotel served free snacks and drinks!👍
MmegOverall a good value for money hotel. Lovely amenities and the breakfast and afternoon tea being included in the room rate is a nice touch. The walls between each room are very thin, so you could hear everything going on in the next room.
IIc3miloI recently had the pleasure of staying at M City Hotel Saigon, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's modern design, impeccable service, and prime location made for a truly unforgettable experience.
Highlights:
• Spacious and stylish room with comfortable bedding
• Friendly and attentive staff, always willing to help
• Convenient location, close to major attractions and shopping hubs
• Cleanliness of the room is great
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in, I wasn't informed about the hotel facilities or the breakfast hours and location. I also wasn’t given any guidance on how to get to the elevator. Beyond the bellboy service (where tipping was expected), the staff was not proactive at all in assisting with anything. I was especially shocked when I saw an elderly person get trapped by the elevator doors, and two bellboys standing by without helping.
On New Year’s Eve, I was looking forward to watching the fireworks over the Saigon River from my room, but the hotel’s own fireworks were so smoky that I couldn't see anything through my window (I was on the 10th floor!). The whole fireworks experience was ruined, and to make matters worse, the loud music continued for another hour, disturbing my sleep.
The breakfast experience was just as frustrating. Because I wasn't told where to eat the previous day, I accidentally went to a temporary dining room, which had no staff who spoke English, making it difficult to ask any questions. The food choices were extremely limited, and I was surprised to find no milk or basic breakfast items available. The food quality was far below the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. After some searching, I discovered the actual breakfast restaurant was downstairs, and the restaurant supervisor instructed me to carry my tray downstairs myself. This felt extremely inconvenient and unnecessary, and once I was downstairs, I was told to wait outside for a table to become available. Standing outside with two trays of food in my hands felt humiliating, especially in a 5-star hotel.
The downstairs restaurant did offer more variety, including smoked salmon, cured ham, and waffles, but by the time I made it down, I had already eaten most of my breakfast, so I didn’t get to fully enjoy it.
Finally, when I went to pick up my luggage from the front desk, I was asked to search through a pile of luggage to find my own. I asked how I was supposed to identify it in such a pile, and even if I could, I couldn’t move all the luggage around by myself. This was not only inconvenient but also frustrating.
Overall, I can only give this hotel 2 stars. One star for the hotel’s physical facilities, and the other because the review form doesn't allow for a zero-star rating. Otherwise, I would have rated it even lower. This stay was a huge letdown and didn’t come close to the 5-star experience I was expecting. Both the service and the amenities were severely lacking. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves for future guests.
GGuest UserLonger review to explain our experience. It is not 4 stars. Maybe 20/30 years ago it was but not now.
We paid about $200 for one night, for a river view club room with afternoon and nightly candles cocktails and club room access, 3pm late checkout and 15% off airport transport.
When we arrived they would not tell us how much airport transport would be for leaving the next day. Just that it was expensive and we should get a cab instead. That was a little disappointing, we should have pushed for the price but we were tired from our flight and hungry.
The room we were put in was grubby and had a bad smell and NO river view. We called reception to mention we had booked the river view. They moved us down and across the hall. The new room had a nice view, had clearly being prepared for guests with brochures and pamphlets. No smell and had been recently cleaned. It felt like they were just trying to see if they could get away with giving us the bad room instead of the one we had booked. I've added pictures of the view from both rooms.
After moving we went to afternoon tea which was really nice. Although our room move meant we had to wait because no one had shared the records of our room switch which was kind of awkward. Once we got to it the food was nice and filling (see food pictures) The bathrooms in that lounge were out of hand soap.
We went back to the room. Had a shower but the shower/bath drains onto the floor so a large unsafe pool of water Is right under your feet as you step out of the tub.
Went out for the canapès. That was disappointing. We got there at 6:20pm. Everything had gone cold except the fried rice. There were no cocktails, just bottles of whisky and rum and you could take a can of coke, sprite, or tonic water to mix yourself. Luckily we were still full from the afternoon tea.
We went out nearby and came back to find the street party next to the hotel was still raging and although the people mostly went home, the music players kept going until about 1am. That was awful and I'd recommend not staying on the river side if you're staying Friday to Sundays and want to get up early.
Next morning we went to breakfast, it was a very small selection. We got a bread roll that was hard as a rock. Nothing was very fresh. It was disappointing. Also can only get black coffee or machine coffee.
We went out for the day and came back to pack at 2:30 for our flight and the safe had stopped working. Could not even type in the PIN. This was nervwracking as it was our last day and passports were in there. It took 4 calls to reception and 1 hour for them to send someone to fix it. Batteries had run out. These things happen but maybe there should be a schedule for changing these things or at least a swift response when someone is trying to check out and cannot open it. When the safe technician did show up he was great and very personable.
Once I got our passports we checked out and they stored our bags safely in the luggage room for us until we got our cab.
On the other amenities; the gym seemed good snd had indoor and outdoor terrace with more weights. The doormen in lobby are cheerful. The pool was very basic, I think it looks better in the pictures. The lobby bar is expensive. The lobby is pretty but smells like it was mopped with dirty water sometimes which is unpleasant.
Overall it was a bit of a letdown. I'd give it 3 stars, it would be 2 if we had stayed in our first room. We would return to the area but try a different hotel.
EErickI stayed 3 nights at the Ramana Saigon hotel.
Good location with easy walks through that part of the city if you do not mind pollution and a lot of traffic (mostly motorbikes). I loved discovering the city with its hectic and very lively environment. The hotel is next to district one. The railway station is a 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Plenty of eateries around and convenience shops next to the hotel.
The staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful. True professionals. That was also the case of security and those in charge of the rooms. I mentioned a very noisy service door next to my room and the issue was fixed immediately.
Now I was not too impressed by the service and the attention at the restaurant during breakfast. Too busy with the many tour groups keeping the restaurant fully busy (and noisy) from 6 AM to 9 AM (seating: almost 300 people) then a bit quieter until closing time at 9:30 AM. Today I ate breakfast a bit later than usual at 8:45 and noticed that tables were not cleaned after guests left. Items were removed but nothing more resulting in empty tables with dirty table sets and no more forks, knives, etc... The food at the restaurant is for the masses. No real options for people with diabetes for example as pretty much all items are on the sweet or very sweet side. Including cooked vegetables (sugar and fat). 3 different salads to choose from but no simple dressing with just vinegar and oil. They care for the many Indian guests with a few vegetarian options but ... I tried and ... my glucometer did not appreciate and hit the red zone :(
The rooms are old fashioned but nice and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Not hard as is rather usual in Asia. The noise insulation is on the poor side. The air conditioning system is rather loud. There is a well sized fridge in the room and plenty of space :)
The swimming pool on the 5th floor (outdoor) is small but nice and there are a few lounge chairs to relax. It was not busy when I was there in the early afternoon but I guess I was lucky ;-)
The guests at the hotel are overwhelmingly tourists traveling in big groups. Mainly Indians and Chinese but also some Westerners.
Bottom line: I enjoyed my stay at the Ramana and I understand that the mass tourism supports their business which, to me, comes with some disadvantages: overcrowded restaurant for breakfast, very loud and noisy guests at times ... and the flow of such guests is quite constant during the day (departures crossing arrivals).
