The homestay is exactly like in the photos but abit smaller than i imagined. Feels very homey and clean, simple breakfast in the morning- eggs and bread with lots of fruits. The owner is very helpful in guiding us on getting around ninh binh. Bicycles can be rented from the homestay. Location wise its located right in the centre of tam coc, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

Fabulous breakfast and it's above our expectations! Host is super friendly and welcoming. Great location as it's 3mins walk to Tam Coc Boating and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

We called this the 'Grandma Hotel' because you're truly taken care of. Breakfast is a feast of all the fruits plus eggs and bread, almost more than you can eat. Motorbikes are only 100k per day to rent and they're well looked after. She goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and happy, without charging you loads of money for everything.
The rooms are spotless and big, with good amenities. The location is good, walking distance to the main high street. I really have no complaints, truly a great hotel!

I was there because my friend recommended it. She said the owner is friendly, and indeed, both the owner and her sister are super friendly. I arrived at the homestay in the afternoon, around 2 pm, and the owner and her sister were kind enough to serve me cold drinks with a cupcake. They also recommended some nice places to cycle and even rented me their bicycles for free. The next day, I wanted to go to Halong Bay but hadn't bought any packages or bus tickets yet. The owner was kind enough to recommend a nice limousine driver to take me to the port. The driver arranged for me a nice 6-hour cruise trip around Halong Bay, and even a trip back to Hanoi on the same day. When I departed in the morning, the owner packed me a package of junk food, a rice, and served me a variety of fruits for breakfast.
The room is clean, the air conditioning is functioning well, and the hot water too. Everything is amazing. I would highly recommend this homestay, and I would love to come back again.

You must stay at this hotel especially if you have young children! I am travelling with my 3 year old daughter and the family treated us incredibly well! The host has two young children and the family took my daughter into their home on both nights and fed her and played with her. They sent her back to our room with sweets and treats. And even gave us a bag full of food for our journey when we left.
The room was beautiful and so clean! The rooms are huge! It is in a perfect location too. Two minutes from the main *****.
Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better home stay. If you’re looking for a loving family to stay with, this place is definitely it!

Excellent. The rooms are super clean and also well equipped (all sorts of toiletries, coffee/tea etc). The owner is so so friendly, and puts such an effort into making sure you are comfortable. Breakfast is huge and also can be personalised to your tastes. Lots of cute surprises, as I was leaving the owner gave me a little bag with water and some biscuits for my bus back to HaNoi. Price is very reasonable for service like this. I didn’t rent any bikes or take trips this time but after living and travelling in VN for a while I can assure you the prices offered were very reasonable and fair.
