Great location, accesible to old town and activities but also feels away from crowd so able to relax. The young man who checked us in was very helpful and kind. We were able to rent bikes from the hotel itself and staff also washed and folded out laundry for us for a small fee.
The room itself was great. Very spacious, comfy bed, small outdoor private pool. Very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Great hotel between Trang and and tam coc. Very quiet surrounding. The room was massive. The staff were really nice and helped prepare take away breakfast for us for second day as we had to leave early. There are free bicycles but they weren’t that good so we hired a motorbike which was super helpful as we could get to many places and get there quickly too.

In a quiet area but enough restaurants and bars. So enjoyed having a private pool whilst not huge was great to cool down. Would recommend this hotel.

A wonderful resort amongst the beauty and nature of Ninh Binh and offered some peace and quiet after coming from busy cities.
The room was wonderful and had everything I needed. I love that I had a private pool but unfortunately not warm enough to use.
I did try to have a bath but there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it up so something to keep in mind.
I did have some furry little friends visit during the night and sometimes when I was in my room but they were harmless, to be expected when in nature and they enjoyed the complimentary fruit.
Kin and all staff were so kind, lovely and helpful and made my stay one to remember.

Everything is ok, it would be great if the entrance was renovated to be more spacious. The parking lot is too small so it was difficult for us to move the car, the location here is very ok near tourist attractions

The hotel is located next to a mountain where goats sometimes walk, which adds color. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Each room even has its own small pool, I would call it a huge bathtub. Upon arrival, I was greeted with fruit, soda and water in the room. All questions regarding accommodation are resolved quickly. The hotel itself is located away from the city, a 20-minute walk from Múa Cave (Hang Múa) and a 40-minute walk from Tràng An Landscape Complex. The hotel serves an excellent breakfast, very filling, especially the PhoBo soup.
There are some minor downsides. A new building is being built nearby, but the work does not last long and is not very loud. Also, the hotel does not serve lunch or dinner. There is a small gap between the entrance doors, but there were no insects in the room.
In conclusion: the hotel and the staff made a good impression. Would I come here again if I had the opportunity? Yes.

The hotel is ideally located, surrounded by nature. It's perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Tam Coc (7 km away). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The property offers scooters (gas included) and bicycles for rent. The room is very spacious, with everything you need and a large, very comfortable bed. Each room has a private pool, ideal for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
