During the stay it was worth it. After I left in an early rush to catch a plane I realised I left two valuable belongings. Five days ago I lost contact with the hotel regarding my belongings. Although they initially responded, asking what I lost, they soon quickly lost interest in communicating with me at all. I found this extremely rude and I’m frustrated of what items I’ve lost and will never regain because of this. Due to this experience I would not recommend, I’ve stayed in places that would not treat a customer this way.

Loved our stay here. Beautiful location and beautiful cottages. The staff and owner are so friendly and helpful. They arranged a car for us to visit everywhere we wanted to see. One day we borrowed the free bikes and went off exploring for the day on our own - this was probably the best day we have had in Vietnam so far. The area is beautiful and peaceful.

We highly recommend to stay at the Hotel Tam Coc Wonderland Lodge. it is a new hotel with the same owner as tam Coc Wonderland Bungalow - just 100 meter up the road. We had a varm and lovely arrivel with fruit, footbath and a lots of advices about places to visit in Tam Coc. We stayed in the family room - a big and nice room with books for the children and beatiful designed. We also had the opportunity to use bikes for our trips to mua cave and other places. Thank you very much for great hospitality. 5 stars!!

Ok, if you are coming to Tam Coc STAY HERE. This place is so beautiful and owners make you feel right at home. We were greeted with hot tea, Mango juice, and fresh fruit when we arrived. Every time you come back to the bungalow they meet you with hot cinnamon tea and a welcome back. Every night they bring a floral footbath to your room along with ginger tea to promote relaxation and sleep. Bungalow is fantastic with a view you cannot beat. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Fast internet. It is serene and quiet here. Town is a 7 minute walk with loads of places to eat. This town in general is very friendly. They have bicycles included that you can use for free or rent a scooter for 100,000 Dong a day ($4 US) Getting around is very easy. They give you a map of all the places to go and trust me, you can figure it out. The included breakfast every morning gave you eggs, pancake, toast, cucumber, tomato, yoghurt, cheese, muffins, juice and coffee. Pool is large and really nice. I cannot recommend this place enough

Excellent homestay. Greeted with cinnamon tea and fresh fruit. Our transfer and our day tour was organized by the owner. Family owned homestay. They take pride in their homestay by always cleaning the grounds and making you feel very welcomed. The breakfast is great with fresh fruit, pho, eggs. We just ordered the pho and it was great. They gave me a lift with their moped to the Tam Coc boat trip. Great hosts. Gave us a bag of water and chips for our journey when we left. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful place. The location was brilliant overlooking the fields but only a 5 to 10 min walk into town. The owners were lovely and all the staff were kind and helpful.We was welcomed with food and drinks which was welcoming after a 12 hour train journey.The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.The pool was refreshing after a long day.Breakfast was super 10/10.The little touches like the ginger teas on returning from a day out and the free foot soaks were great.There was free bikes on site but we didnt use them as we hired mopeds . This was our 5th stop on our 3 week break (3 more to go) and the best.I Loved everything about this place. They have got it spot on. 100% recommend.

Beautiful people (thanks Tuan & staff for your hospitality and help) and beautiful place. Having stayed at Wonderland Bungalow in Tam Coc, with its people, has been one of the best experiences in Vietnam, thank you from the whole family (we traveled with children aged 4 and 9 who were very happy in Wonderland!)

We were blown away by the fabulous hospitality at the Tam Coc Wonderland Bungalow! Just outstanding. On arrival we were treated with fruit, muffin and tea, then tea each time we came back from town, a lovely footbath and ginger tea at night, and wow the breakfast! Not only that, a bag of snacks to take with us for our journey. The pool was lovely and it was so relaxing to lie on a sunbed with a cold beer overlooking the birds splash about on the ride paddy. Bicycles were available to pop into town and made it super easy to get about, town felt like it was only a couple of mins by bike. This was the most relaxing and lovely stay in Vietnam, we will be back!
