First of all, the place is overated. The fact is, it is a rather ordinary homestay with obvious shortcomings. I was given a very rusty key and the main door's lock doesn't function properly. The toilet seat is broken. The breakfast is mediocre, with only one food item and a drink and no fruits. The perfume smell in the room, and the bed is overwhelming. Last but not least, the owner wasn't very honest. I booked a "private taxi" to Hanoi airport for 400K VND. On the day of the departure, there was another person with 2 kids in the car. The room is overpriced compared to similar or even better homestays in the area. So, poor value for money in my opinion.

Had a great stay here. For me the location was perfect and they have bicycles for free and motorbikes you can’t rent. Was able to get my laundry done. Pool is nice and a amazing view, the food was also great I recommend the kebab pho and they were super helpful and sweet!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience throughout! Room was clean and had hot water, Netflix and aircon. View at the homestay was great and allowed us to relax thoroughly. Host was very friendly and gave us good advice on where to travel in the area. We had bbq and family was so kind to help us with the bbq. Location is ideal for travelling to trang an boat ride and hang mua cave. Bicycle rental is for free. Overall, highly recommend others to visit this homestay to complete your vietnam experience!

A small oasis of well-being with a local family who were incredibly friendly. We loved eating there because it offered unbeatable value for money. You could choose your breakfast the day before, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Laundry service was practically free... everything was really great. We just felt welcome. Thank you so much.

This is one of the best guest houses I have ever seen in Asia!
Large rooms, comfortable showers, clean.
The family is incredibly welcoming and hospitable.
The breakfasts are perfect. I also had lunches and dinners, everything was delicious and not expensive.
The location is excellent, the guest house overlooks the river and the cliff. It is nice to sit by the water in the evenings.
I ordered a bus to another city, it was cheaper than from agents.
I recommend it!

Прекрасное место! Очень красивый мини-отель. В номере и на территории чисто, есть все, что нужно. Потрясающий отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь во всем. Очень вкусная и недорогая кухня. Есть бесплатные велосипеды, можно также взять в прокат байк. Настоятельно рекомендую останавливаться именно здесь. Никаких минусов, только плюсы!
