Everything is fine. The room is big and clean. The front desk service attitude is also very good. The location is convenient. Everything is fine except the Wi-Fi in the room is not working. The staff helped to deal with this problem but it didn't work

We spent 3 nights at Zero Davey boutique apartments with a harbour view . The staff at the hotel was fantastic everyone was so helpful. The location was excellent very close to the city centre and the docks just out side the front door plenty to see and do. Will definitely stay again

We were very happy with our accommodation and wished we could have stayed longer than one night. The location is perfect, right on the waterfront, handy to restaurants and, importantly for us, just around the corner from the airport shuttle bus stop. Our apartment was fully equipped with everything we could have needed, including a small kitchen and a washing machine. It was all spotlessly clean and modern. We were on the second floor, facing Davey Street and weren't troubled by traffic noise. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We would happily stay here again.

Zero Davey was a perfectly located, secure, well run, clean apartment. We had 5 adults with varying expectations and we just loved it. Located directly onto the wharf and in the heart of the restaurant district, our 3 bedroom apartment was amazing; the size of a football field with great amenities a lovely kitchen and huge bedrooms and bathrooms. The lovely man at the front counter went over and above to make us feel welcome and even assisted us with a ridiculously early check out when we requested it to make our next pit stop. We will be back.

The location was great as were the amenities and staff. However it fronts Davey Street - perhaps the busiest street in Hobart. Even though there was double glazing there was still a hum. That kind of takes the zing out of staying there. If you want a comfortable nights sleep take earplugs.

This was my worst nightmare. Booking a room online only to discover on arrival that it was not as described. I have booked a lot of accommodation using the various internet based booking companies but this was was my first unsatisfactoy experience. We booked a "studio deluxe apartment with shared courtyard". Firstly let me say it is a good size room clean and tidy close to Constitution Dock. It is also on the ground floor, one and a half metres below footpath and road level. The "shared courtyard" is a one and a half metres wide rubbish strewn passage way which passes all the rooms on the ground floor and leads to the hotel’s café, which is closed Friday, Saturday, Sunday! The room faces onto Davey St which is a 5-lane main throughfare into Hobart CBD. The room has no curtains on the windows only venetian blinds so at night you do not need the lights on to see in the room and during the day you have to keep the blinds partly closed if you want any privacy. If you are further unfortunate, like us, you get room 1 which is directly behind reception, so you hear every person who comes in and out and is opposite one of the doors to the car park. When we raised our concerns with the duty manager we were told “I know you are not happy with the room, but I do not want to discuss it”. Wonderful customer service! The refund policy did not allow cancellations within 48 hours and no chance of moving to another room as the hotel was fully booked. We spent a sleepless night with the traffic noise and bright lights outside. I do not know what the other rooms in this hotel are like or how helpful or otherwise the rest of the staff are, but based on our experience, it does not matter how good the deal or location is – Stay at another hotel.

This place is in a fantastic location and was a reasonable price.. The room was a good size and bed comfortable. However, I had no view, I looked at a cement wall, and my corridor was very very noisy. My room was also on the main road so could hear the traffic.. Had people coming and going at all times of the day and night. The lights from the corridor also shone under the door so my room was never anywhere near fully dark when I was trying to sleep. Overall, I would stay here again, but its' definitely not luxurious by any means, but it's great for convenience. I also liked their after hours check in procedures, very easy to follow and reasonable.

Very poor quality room . TV did not work properly neither did wifi. It's says room service but that is only till 3pm . There is no parking. They make you park in a car park off site about 1km from hotel. Never again. Very disappointed nothing like the description.
