GGuest UserOur family of four stayed in two rooms for two nights. The rooms of our two parents-in-laws were clean and comfortable, but there were dozens of only moving insects and children on the wall of the bed in Room 103 of our two daughters. After complaining, it was New Year’s Eve. At night, the entire hotel room was full and the room could not be changed. The staff was very good. After informing the manager, there were only two plans. The first was to change the hotel, but it was almost 10 o’clock at that time. This plan was not feasible. In addition, the plan could only be changed tomorrow. So at that time, I had to go to bed after changing the sheets and quilts. The next day, my daughter reacted again. It was less than before, but there were still a few bugs, and the sleep was very poor. Before leaving the house early the next morning, the staff had changed a new room for the two women, and the new room was clean and hygienic. We are traveling by car, and the hotel parking lot is free and very convenient. For breakfast, don't have expectations. It is worthy of praise, because the staff is very friendly.
