"Very nice room with beautiful scenery directly facing the lake, room facilities, balcony and private bathroom excellent. Swimming pool also good. Hotel staffs kind and supportive. One thing need to mention that room service is very difficult as no menu in the room and have to go the reception desk, which should walk long way from hotel, given that the restaurant at another end, if ordered, could be cold when sending to room."

"The hotel's location is a slam dunk. Hohenschwangau Castle is directly in front of you, and Neuschwanstein Castle is visible behind you. From the window, you can see the carriages heading down to Hohenschwangau Castle. The Alpine lake is just a short walk away.
It's a very old hotel, but it has an elevator and a shower. While there's no air conditioning, there are fans. Sleeping with the window open in Germany can be quite cold. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the breakfast was well-prepared. It's a small selection, consisting of small slices of meat. Although the staff aren't native German, they were very welcoming.
If you're traveling with children, be sure to contact the hotel in advance to confirm your room information; otherwise, the front desk staff will be very surprised.
If you're traveling with children to visit Neuschwanstein Castle, I highly recommend this hotel. It saves you the hassle of traveling and you can rest in your room after hiking."

"The breakfast at the hotel is a German-style breakfast. If you want to eat Chinese food, you can go to Fussen Town, where there is a Chinese restaurant, but to be honest, there is a big parking lot on the side of the hotel to park, forgetting Do not charge, when leaving the store, the front desk staff will be very enthusiastic to send you the hotel's refrigerator to you, haha, there are photos of Neuschwanstein, there is no need to go to the scenic area to buy"

"This was the best hotel while I stayed in Germany. If you don’t mind walking it takes about 30min to fussen. At reception, I asked breakfast since I didn’t offer. If you don’t, you should. The buffet style was fascinating and we waitress asked me drink and egg. The coffee was served in a pot and boiled egg could choose hard or soft. The employee the hotel are all friendly and helpful. I planned to go to the castle so I asked to look after my luggage and consented willingly. It was my precious memory staying this hotel. Thank you. I’ll come back someday."

"The hotel is just along the road in the town of Fussen, next to the restaurant, opposite the supermarket, free parking, breakfast is not a lot of variety, but also good, service is good, hotel facilities are somewhat old, but stay at the foot of the castle The hotel has a different flavor, you can see the castle by opening the window, the location is great! Walking to the castle is also very close, we just parked the car at the hotel. Walk to the castle, or drive the car to the castle parking lot. It seems that the parking fee is about 7-8 Euros, which is also very cheap! In short, very satisfied with the stay experience!"

"The room was very clean, we arrived very late, the front desk sent an email to confirm the time, a pregnant mother waited for us to 10 o'clock, a little sad, but she was still very warm, very nice, although the decoration is old, wins in clean"

"The hotel has a charmingly old-fashioned feel but modern amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. While there was no air conditioning in the old wing, there were fans and the windows could be opened horizontally, so it wasn't too hot. The staff were very friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied."
