酒店就在東站對面，離機場四站地鐵，出行也很方便。酒店很新，設施也很新，乾淨衞生。周邊有奧萊、吃的也多。但是，我入住的時候，問前台能給升級嗎？前台一男一女兩個工作人員答應了，給辦了入住，我要求三間房在一層，他們説升級了沒辦法安排在一個樓層了，我説那不在一層也行。入住以後才發現，根本就沒有升級。升級這件事你可以直接拒絕我，不能説給升級但實際上沒有，這樣來耍弄客人。而且也不是一個人忙中出亂，當時有2個工作人員，衹接待我一個人，不存在忙亂的情況。這個情況我認為太惡劣了，住過上百家酒店沒有碰到這種明顯耍弄客人的。希望酒店加強對員工的培訓與管理，新開的酒店管理不到位，走不遠。

就在呼和浩特東站旁邊，感覺走着都能到了非常近，酒店環境設施非常好，而且很乾凈，定的行政大床空間很大，選的10層因為前台説暖和，是真的太暖和了，晚上還得開窗户睡覺哈哈哈哈～ 服務體驗感很好，一樓還給免費的咖啡紅茶什麼的～還會再去的

這次入住體驗直接拉滿，必須給五星好評！剛踏入大堂就被雅緻的氛圍吸引，房間更是驚喜滿滿——空間寬敞明亮，裝修簡約又有質感，床品軟得像陷進雲朵，隔音效果絕佳，窗外景色清幽，完全隔絕了外界喧囂，讓人瞬間卸下旅途疲憊。衞生更是無可挑剔，角落一塵不染，洗漱區帶着淡淡的清香，細節處盡顯用心。
服務更是暖心到骨子裡！前台工作人員笑容親切，辦理入住效率超高，還耐心分享周邊遊玩和美食攻略，連行李都主動幫忙拎到房間。住店期間有任何需求，響應都特別及時，不管是加送洗漱用品還是諮詢路線，都能得到專業又貼心的迴應，完全感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。

這是第二次入住桔子水晶這家酒店了，離東站特別近，幾百米就到了，酒店特別奢華，前廳小哥特別熱情，耐心詢問對房間的需求，房間乾淨舒適，上回住的是大床房，這回住的是雙床房，床品都是雪白的。下回必須還來。

出來短期旅遊，一直挺喜歡住桔子水晶酒店的。這次的入住也很滿意，酒店服務很好，前台人員都很熱情，耐心，早餐吃的東西也比較多，內蒙古的特色食物都有，服務人員也特別禮貌，每天還會贈送一盤水果。
酒店設施比較新，住着很舒服，地理位置離呼和浩特東站很近，就在斜對面，走路5分鐘，離機場開車也就一刻鐘左右，出行都很方便，真心值得推薦。
