The hotel is clean and the Horizon club is super good especially service in the club lounge. The only problem is at Level 2 the coffee house plate is dirty with noodles on the underside of the plates. I complained to the staff and he challenged me and after seeing the plates is dirty and very rudely said to use the other plates. That is the only set back of the hotel and need to discipline and be more polite.
