優點：房間很乾凈，裝修很好，地段很好
缺點：
1.衞生間下水不通
2.房間隔音效果為0，恰好我碰到了一個沒素質且精力旺盛的鄰居租户，大晚上三點開始一連串分貝賊大，含媽量極高的驚世發言，斷斷續續一直吵到三點半，被逼無奈給前台打電話反應情況，不吵了。但是本人一直清醒到四點半才睡着；隔壁女俠早上七點又開始大笑不止，不知道遇到了什麼高興的事笑了二十多分鐘，過了會八點又開始含媽量極高的發言（建議去醫院查查是不是雙向情感障礙）
一宿滿打滿算睡了6個多小時，早上頂着倆大黑眼圈去幹活，遇見您是我的不幸

首先優點就是房間大，還有個廚房枱子和大沙發，缺點很明顯，一，隔音不好，外面開門關門打電話都能聽到，水管一打開聲音巨大，趕上下雨房間吊頂掉下來，半夜一會兒落在地板一會落在被子上，一宿沒睡踏實，沙發裏蹦出來兩個大蟲子，應該不是蟑螂，也不知道是什麼，打不死跑得快，嚇死個人。找前台投訴，等了二十分鐘都沒人過來，退房的時候看見一個男的，看起來臉很臭的，直接就説讓我們投訴就行。好，那我倒要看看我這條評論會不會被屏蔽掉！

冰箱的衞生條件很差，不能用，三個房間衹有一間有空調。水流忽大忽小，洗澡到一半會以為停水了。連住兩晚，白天清潔人員進屋僅把衞生間垃圾扔了，是我住過最差的民宿了。
