All the service staff are very good and enthusiastic, the bedding is clean, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, I slept well, the breakfast is delicious, the shaomai and milk tea are delicious, the breakfast is rich in variety, and afternoon tea is also available. The hotel is close to the Princess Mansion The subway station is very close. It is just one stop away from Hohhot Railway Station. There are many buses at the door. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Except the service is okay. The room was very small, the bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was so small that I couldn't turn around. It should have been renovated from an old hotel. The sound insulation was very poor. It seemed like I was sleeping in the corridor.

非常滿意！
【1】尤其是工作人員的態度，每一位都熱情有禮，積極為顧客服務，免費洗衣服務太棒了，夜晚給衣服，指定時間第二天一早就收到，摺疊得整整齊齊的！對於不想帶多衣服的老母親老説簡直是救星！負責洗衣，房間打掃，前台工作人員態度都非常好！！！！
【2】對於這個價格的酒店來説，衞生可以達90分了，床單毛巾，都特別乾淨，新的一樣（後來入住希爾頓毛巾沒這家乾淨），房間衞生打掃跟仔細！我蟎蟲過敏，很容易癢，帶了一次性床單用不上！哈哈
【3】早餐時間太人性化了，竟然7點到11點！淚奔！！
【4】床品很舒服，旅遊的酒店中，這家酒店的床是入睡最快的，就是小孩半夜滾下床，把我嚇醒了，哈哈
【5】配的小童牙刷，比希爾頓的還要高級
【6】酒店附近，碧誠冰煮羊推薦（上菜快！服務好，座位舒適），去了澤成冰煮羊，還有那個天**冰煮羊，排隊人太多，原來酒店附近就有一家，太方便了！！
【不足之處】我入住的房間，洗手間的窗關不上，有點冷，電話壞了，最大的槽點是電梯5個人就會超載！
不過瑕不掩瑜！！我給98分！！
