The room was clean and tidy. Beautiful environment. The overall service attitude is very good. Excellent geographical location. I'll come again next time.

Booked a double room. The toilet in the room was stained, there was hair in the bathroom, the sheets of one bed had not been changed, and there was hair on the other bed. I wanted to call the front desk, but the room phone was broken. The front desk was indifferent, the air conditioner was noisy, and the TV didn't work properly. The noise from the next room continued until late at night, affecting our rest. The "luxury experience" advertised by the hotel does not match the reality. The facilities are old and the service is inadequate. The bread provided for the packed breakfast is expired. It is recommended to strengthen the cleaning management and improve the service awareness of employees. The overall experience is poor. I don't recommend this hotel. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The hygiene is too poor, the service is not thoughtful, and the key point is that there is no parking space!

The guy at the front desk was very nice. We checked in at midnight and left at around 6. When the guy at the front desk found out, he directly brought me a portable breakfast. It doesn’t matter whether you eat this or not, but it makes people feel comfortable.
