Top-Lage, schöner Waldblick aus dem Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Das waren die positiven Aspekte. Das Abendbuffet fanden wir in Auswahl und Verfügbarkeit nicht 4-Sterne gerecht. Keine Suppe, kein Dessert, Nachlegen nur schleppend oder auf Nachfrage. Viele kleine Unzulänglichkeiten, die sich summieren. Im ganzen Hotel kann man nur mit Karte zahlen und es soll alles online geordert werden: die Getränke bei den Mahlzeiten, die Getränke in der Lobby, sogar das Hauskeeping zur Reinigung der Zimmer. Den Innenpool haben wir nicht probiert, da alle sagten, er wäre nicht beheizt.

Wir waren eine Nacht hier und hatten sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Die Lage ist etwas abseits und dadurch etwas preiswerter. Zusätzlich sind Halbpension und der Parkplatz inklusive. Wir hatten ein großes Familienzimmer, das nicht ganz so modern eingerichtet ist, wie es beworben wird. Hingegen das Bad sehr modern und ebenfalls groß war. Frühstück und Abendessen sind in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend. Die Kinder haben fast nichts gefunden. Leider war der Pool aufgrund von Bauarbeiten geschlossen, was wir bei der Buchung nicht wussten und auch nicht auf der Internetseite angegeben wird. Es gibt auch einen Wellness-Bereich. Auf dem Zimmer ist dafür eine zusätzliche Tasche mit Handtüchern vorhanden. Vom Hotel aus kann man direkt loswandern (z. B. zur Bastei), was bei uns aufgrund des Wetters nicht geklappt hat.

Hotelzimmer, Einrichtung und Dekoration darf gerne mal General überholt werden (vor allem Ambiente im Speisesaal)... JEDOCH ist das Essen und die Getränke super lecker, frisch und mehr als reichlich. Die Anlage selbst lädt zum Erholen ein. Pool und Saunas top. Perfekt für Wanderungen aller Art!! Angestellte sind sehr freundlich und auf zack!
