We booked this hotel in Hoi An for a quiet stay, and while the location was peaceful, the experience was frustrating. The internet was terrible—despite a strong signal, speeds were barely 2 Mbps, making it impossible to work.
Since I needed internet, the staff showed us other rooms, but they were much noisier. We made the mistake of switching rooms, and it was a disaster. For four nights, we barely slept—kids ran around, doors slammed constantly, and a water pump above our room turned on and off all night. We were exhausted and spent our days frustrated.
The only highlight was the breakfast—easily one of the best we had in Vietnam. The staff were also super friendly. The bed was comfortable, but the TV was outdated, and the noise made it impossible to rest. Good value for money, but if you need peace and quiet, this is not the place. We were just relieved to leave. They have a gym but it was i useable and super dirty
