Villa de Campagne Hoi An

An amazing place to stay in Hoi An. This has been my favourite place to stay during my travel through Vietnam - the rooms are large, clean and cosy. The owner Hien was so lovely and helped us with lots of different requests throughout the 3 nights stay. An amazing selection of fresh breakfast every morning and a great pool to cool off in. Its such a peaceful area and right in the middle of the old town and the beach. You can also take the free bikes to the rice fields (about 5 mins away). It’s a lovely female owned independent business so it feels nice to support it. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our two week stay at Villa de Campagne. From arrival Ms. Hien the owner, was so gracious and caring. We felt so welcomed by her. Amazingly hospitality, we felt like family. We felt like we had come home. Ms. Emily. The hostess with the mostest! Such an amazing person who we got to know over our stay. She suggested some amazing places to visit, which we indeed did visit. Ms. Emily was the perfect host, sharing her local knowledge of Hoi An, explaining local culture and cuisine. She was so kind and always willing to help. Even going as far as to help us learn some basic Vietnamese. We are extremely grateful to Ms. Uyen and Ms. Xi for the lovely breakfast’s cooked fresh daily. It was a pleasure to meet and (attempt!) to speak Vietnamese with them. Always smiling and making us laugh. The property itself is quiet, intimate and stylish. Having an almost art deco aesthetic, it has a classic feel and look. The rooms themselves are spacious, clean and private. The location was also perfect. Close enough to the old town without the noise and crazy traffic. There was also a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Everything we needed could be easily accessed. This is not our first time in Hoi An. But Villa de Campagne will definitely be our go to lodging when we visit next. Thank you so much Ms. Hien and Emily. We already miss you both!

Don’t be dubious just by the entrance of this place, as soon as you enter the gates, you will be delighted by the ambience of the place and courteousness of the host. Its a 5 star gem with deliciously cooked breakfast and luxurious rooms with all the amenities you would need. Take the bikes to the nearby Thu Bon River and Coconut village easily within 5KM range. Also, there are wonderful restaurants nearby this location. Re-iterating, the host is wonderful and deserves a praise.

The title of this review says it all. This Villa-Hotel is an incredibly tranquil spot, just off the main road that goes into Hoi An. Don’t be put off by the track! When you enter you will be greeted by the amazing staff. Emily was the manager for our stay and she was nothing short of incredible. She catered to all our needs, no matter how small, and did so with such a pleasant manner. She arranged laundry, a snorkelling tour and many taxis for us without batting an eye. Several times she even walked us to the taxi to make sure it was going to the right place! Emily also recommended lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and places to visit, really enhancing our stay. The room was stunning, we booked a superior double, and remarkably cheap. The bed was massive and very comfortable. Each room comes with a small private terrace too, on which we enjoyed several Larue beers (the local brew!). The bathroom was massive, clean and had the option of a lovely wet room style shower or a large bath. The room was kept very clean throughout our stay. Overall, if staying in Hoi An, you simply must stay here. We also recommend a visit to Cham Island, just watch out for the monkeys and remember your sun cream!
