Hotel itself is clean and well maintained. Breakfast. Was particularly good … location is a little far from Hoi An but, getting a grab is very easy.
The staff are friendly but speak very limited English. I asked them to help booking golf for me, they said yes yes yes … I arrive to the golf club the next day and no booking.
Love Vietnam and the central area but, will choose another hotel next time.

THis wasnt a particularly great experience.
The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future.
Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO.
Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children.
Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive.
I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

I had the most incredible experience during my visit to Vinpearl Nam Hoi An! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunningly beautiful setting. The resort's attention to detail and impeccable service truly made me feel like a VIP guest. The facilities were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. I had a great time in a 3 bedroom private pool villa. The accommodation was clean, the pool was clean, and there were 4 bathrooms in total, which was great~
I'll visit again on my next trip!
