Hotel was very good, staff people are very nice and kind. I wish we could use the pool as it was rainy when we were there. Room was very clean. Everything was nice except there was less lighting in the room I don't why. Apart from that everything was 10/10 or 9/10. No less than that.

Tourists staying here must be careful with your belongings to avoid them being stolen! An incident happened during my stay at the hotel. My branded Louis Vuitton scarf was stolen by a room cleaning worker. When I asked the front desk, their explanation was that the worker accidentally took it along with the towels and bed sheets? I was puzzled! The scarf has such a distinctive pattern and different color, how could it be mistaken? After a few hours of searching, they finally returned the scarf to me, but it had been cut and had pilled! I was very disappointed with the cleaning worker, although the front desk lady was very patient and apologized sincerely. This is a hotel strongly recommended by my friend, located in Hoi An city, Vietnam—Hotel Hoi An Sincerity. Indeed, their service is excellent, and the front desk staff are very kind and helpful in dealing with our issues and explaining travel details. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious. I just feel the bed is a bit too old and not very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, I would rate it 7 out of 10.

The staff are friendly
Not only do they carry your luggage when you check in and check out, but they also greet you with a warm 'Xin Chao' every time they see you
You can rent a bicycle, so you can easily tour not only the old town but also the local 'Tan An Market'
Also, after making a reservation at the reception, you can take a shuttle bus to the night market and An Bang Beach for free, which is convenient
The breakfast buffet is also great, and it's great to swim in the pool during the hot daytime
The pool has a maximum depth of 1.8 meters, so be careful
If I come back to Hoi An, I definitely plan to visit
