This hotel was clean. Though it's not close to the old town, I could walk by the river for half hour to reach the old town easily. There's rice fields opposite to the main road closed to hotel. The breakfast was served at 7am and with choices. They helped us to book the car back to Da Nang Airport which was cheaper than Grab as it was during Vietnamese New Year. My mom has mobility problem, they helped my mom a lot during the stay.

Very nice decoration,good location,good service,not far from the old town,the hotel have free bicycle for you to go around that take about 10min to the old town and basket boat,good breakfast,quiet place ,I was really enjoyed this place while I stayed in Hoi an ,highly recommend

Even though location is a bit far from old town (30mins walking distance from old town) , you will feel peaceful and relaxing. Nice place for those who like quite environment,romantic and
freedom. You will feel like you are staying in your own house. 🏡

We had a very nice 3 night stay at this charming homestay nestled amongst rice fields and close to the river. The good size room we had was on the third floor with a large balcony with a nice view overlooking the river. The place was super clean and nicely furnished. Lots of nice decorative features such rich drapery and cute light fittings . Ample granite everywhere but offset with soft touches. Larger than average bathroom has plenty of amenities and excellent hot water pressure .
The internet WiFi was excellent , Grab was available but a little slow at times. Alternatively, Anne and Trung can arrange a car with and excellent driver named Lin. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating and they provide bicycles for the short ride into town.
All in all a lovely experience.

At the beginning of June, we stayed at Piink Tulip Hoi An
with my sister and two brothers-in-law. We stayed in two rooms because there were 4 of us.
The owner welcomed us very well. He came to carry our bags and welcomed us both. The day we checked in from Ba Na Hills was already evening. After taking a shower and changing clothes, we were going to continue to Hoi An Old Town. We called Grab to pick us up. The owner walked us to the entrance of the alley of the house and gave us advice about how to live here. Let's go.
In the morning, he made us breakfast. The owner is very lovely. Staying here is like visiting a relative or friend's house.
I personally like the atmosphere of the house very much. It feels like our own home. Having breakfast while listening to the sound of the waterfall is very cool in the morning.

Anne & Trung are wonderful hosts and their accommodation is fantastic. Pink Tulip is located in a quiet lane, adjacent to the river and away from busy roads, yet so close to the old town. The garden setting is magical with lush gardens and tropical fish. The facilities are modern and spotlessly clean with quiet private rooms. Our room was airconditioned with a lovely tiled ensuite shower. We were served breakfast by Trung every morning with lovely fresh ingredients and Vietnamese coffee. Anne provided us with free bikes and the ride into the old town was a highlight. Most of the ride to town is along the riverbank and a cycleway (watch for scooters and the occasional slow moving car). Highly recommended.

I couldn't have chosen a better place to spend a week in Hoi An. This homestay has 5* amenities. I chose a double with balcony (201), which is large, well appointed with quality furniture. The decoration is sober but elegant and there is a lot of attention to detail. The hosts spared no effort to make my stay comfortable. They arranged transport when necessary and helped when I needed a dentist visit. Awsome. Pink Tulip is located in a super quiet area, away from the busy and noisy center, but within 25 minutes walk along the river from all the attractions and a 5 minutes Grab ride. High speed WiFi. Room safe. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, this stay was not as good, or comfortable or even as memorable as the previous trips, and I’ve been coming back as a returning customer since 2017 - however, to focus on the positives: the hotel offers a free bike hire and a free laundry service, although it came back later (the laundry) than we expected. On one occasion, I had to leave a note downstairs to ask for water and coffee as it wasn’t provided earlier that day.
