Good location with friendly owner. The room is spacious and clean. The homestay is near to the eatery place and Hoi An ancient town. Will stay here again if I'm in Hoi An next time.

Location: In the alley, hard to find
Environment: Average hygiene
Facilities: The TV screen is small and the sound effect is not good. Only soap is provided, no shower gel. No napkins are provided, only toilet paper. Only two bottles of water are provided per day. Very stingy
Service: The staff will recommend nearby restaurants and attractions in detail, and the rest is mostly self-service

We stayed for three days, on the third day we asked for a bottle of water - they refused us, they said that they weren't supposed to have water on the third day, the air conditioner didn't work, they fixed it 3 hours after check-in. There is a motorcycle service nearby, it's very noisy

The room is very clean and spacious. Although the B&B is small, it has everything you need. There is also an indoor swimming pool on the first floor. When you check in, the owner of the B&B will give you a map and inform you of the transportation and travel routes.

It is a cost-effective B&B in Hoi An. It is located in a small alley and has several rooms. We booked a large room with a balcony. It is actually a room next to the large terrace on the first floor. It is very large.
There are a lot of crooked nuts, and the front desk's English is good. My plastic English is completely adequate, haha. You cannot exchange RMB for Vietnamese Dong at the front desk, but you can use US dollars. There are many places in Hoi An Ancient Town where you can exchange RMB for Vietnamese dong.
