I don’t think we would stay here again.
On the first morning after staying one night, we were asked to stay at another accommodation due to an overbooking (the landlady paid for it, but we were hoping to relax for the 4 nights we were there).
Host wasn’t that friendly, the room was a bit cramped and the property isn’t very clean. There are better very close for similar prices.

The hosts were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to find ginger ale for my wife. The breakfasts in the morning were great. The laundry came back clean and folded on the same day. On the whole, we were very sad to leave

We had a brilliant stay here, with our three children. We were in two separate rooms, each with its own bedroom, and we had our breakfast on the balcony outside, in the morning. It’s clean, and 2 minutes from the beach. There’s a good selection of cafes and beach bars within walking distance. However, the best aspect of Seaside Homestay is the host, Thú, who is so friendly, and keen to help.

A family and welcoming place that has nothing to do with the big overpriced hotels in the area. Quiet and clean, perfect service. Great availability of the owners who do everything to make your stay pleasant. I highly recommend

Super nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay! The rooms and the house as a whole were just as beautiful as the photos show. A lovely, quiet area just outside the hustle and bustle of Hoi An, close to the beach and restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. The pool and delicious breakfast rounded off the stay for the six of us. Hanna was super helpful and helped us a lot with organizing our excursions!

There were six of us staying at the accommodation on Trường Xa Street. We were completely happy; everything looked beautiful, and our host, Hanna, was extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool is also great for a quick cool-off. We can recommend it to everyone!
