We had booked a superior room with a garden view for 5 nights but when we arrived we were placed in a separate very smal garden room which smelt of damp and mold . When we complained were offered a room on the 4th floor , no elevator . This room turned out to have a leaking ceiling with water leaking directly onto electrical cables . We moved to another room where the lock was faulty and had to be replaced . Staff were pleasant and helpful but very limited english, breakfast was very limited and same small menu every day.

A quiet and peaceful place for quality relaxation. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Beautiful and well-kept garden. Nice staff and responsive hostess. 15 minutes walk to the most interesting places. The room is stylish and clean. I recommend booking!

Great location comfortable rooms quaint lovely very clean The staff was fantastic, especially Kim. She was very helpful. The breakfast was a highlight to the stay! Also the staff was great help! Highly recommend to stay if in hoi an the price was unbelievable with the quality of the place

Friendly, clean, roomy, beautiful! Nice breakfast, lovely grounds! Pretty koi pond and wonderful bonsai, in quiet neighborhood on small river. Quick laundry and terrific dipping pool. Just the place to chill out and relax in peaceful setting.

Absolutely loved it. At first I thought I will book 2 nights and then look for something else. But then I went to few places and.. Just did not feel right. I felt so good at Riverside that I booked another 3 nights at them. The staff, especially Kim, is so nice person and helpful. The breakfast there is modest but at the same time, everything is there. Rooms are big and clean. The location, just 10 mins from old town and it is peaceful there. The garden is very well taken care of and it is just beautiful. I would stay there again if I come to hoi an!

Absolutely loved our stay ! Short walk to restaurants and bars , well looked after by the hosts ! Breakfast is amazing a beautiful spot overlooking the river and if you are lucky will see a few wild water buffalo.

We had a wonderful stay here. Kim and Rose were amazing hosts and we would definitely return. An absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and Rose usually helped us with tours and introduced us to local specialities afterwards. The rooms were very clean, bathroom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Kim was also an amazing host who was always willing to help us out with anything we needed at any time.

We thought the hotel was nice and clean. The pool was pretty, and nice to swim and relax it. There are no sunbeds close to the pool, but there are seats in the restaurant. The breakfast was nice, and you get a menu, where you can order as much as you want, we especially liked the banana pancakes :)
