All the staff were super efficient and helpful. Close to all the places to visit - easy walking. Great to relax in the pool. The food was amazing. The waiting staff had lots of local information. A lovely member of staff made a lantern display on the river at night.
The sunset was stunning, loved watching the fishing boats chug by. Right by the beach. Wish we could have stayed much longer.

We had a lovely stay here. Rooms excellent and family pool quiet and clean. Great location near river and beach. Staff were all really wonderful. Cam on.

Location is amazing

In house dinning is cheap

The reception staff was a bit aggressive and seemed untrained.
The gym was in a pathetic condition
The hotel is a bit dated, both rooms were sad !
Conclusion
Even if the place is old people can make it refreshing .. this hotels needs to train its staff to be more soft / less aggressive and make them understand we are not coming to a guest house - it’s a hotel !!

The resort is nice because there is a river behind it and the sea right in front of it.
However, Hoi An Old Town is far away, but it is nice because they operate a shuttle bus.
The breakfast is average. The gym is old, but I used it well.
The room I stayed in was clean, but the places that were not visible and places that were not reachable were not cleaned. There was a lot of rat droppings or something.
But the overall condition was average.
The staff were friendly, and the main customers were mostly older Europeans. I think I was the only Korean.
Overall, I am satisfied.

The staff were very kind and polite, and the hotel was soothing with a private beach right in front of it and a river behind it. I thought the location was very good, being about a 10-minute taxi ride to the old town. I would like to go back to this hotel if I have the opportunity.

Now my husband and I are in this hotel. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, a safe, bathrobes, the breakfast is good, the sea is across the road, they take a bus by appointment to the city and back to the hotel, very convenient. There is Wi Fi, but it works intermittently. Two swimming pools, one of them infinity, very warm. For dinner, the food at the hotel is expensive, pizza is like a pie. I’m happy with the choice of the hotel, it’s in good condition.

Super nice resort with a private beach and a free shuttle bus to Hoi An. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, the grounds were very well maintained, and the view from the Riverside room was wonderful. We were there for 5 days and would have loved to stay longer. The beach was very clean and not at all crowded. The water was perfect for swimming. The ladies at reception were very friendly, polite and helpful. We would choose Hoi An Beach Resort again and again to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
