A wonderful homestay at a fantastic price, close to Old town. The owner Nicola, became a close friend as this was our 4th visit. Nicola makes great recommendations and is always willing to help. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Laundry service available. Linen changed every second day. Absolutely value for money!

We have been staying here for 2 days and will stay for another 3. I love this guesthouse where we have breakfast watching the waterbuffalo wallowing in the field next door and are surrounded by hundreds of beautiful tropical and European flowers in the garden. The breakfasts are superb here. I think the lovely food and attractive decoration is partly due to the owners being Italian as well as Vietnamese. It’s wonderfully clean and pretty and they do clean towels and bed linen if you stay a few nights (unlike more expensive places we have stayed in Vietnam where the towels got mucky, the bins got full and we had to ask for more loo paper). The location is perfect because it’s on the edge of the town with rice fields and buffalo pasture to one side and the historic centre of Hoi An about 20 minutes walk in the other direction. Our room is very nicely furnished and decorated and it is quiet and peaceful, day and night 😊

I had the best night sleep on my whole vietnam trip! Felt protected, inspired and relaxed. Food prepared from thram was delicious and i enjoyed eating it in a tranquil place looking at the rice fields! Room was nicely furnished, like at home! Very interesting chats with nicola about life and changes in tourism, he generously shared his experience. Charming local neighbourhood. Could not have been better. Lovely dog as well.

Booked to stay here for 2 nights, ended up staying for 4! Lovely place very relaxing and a short bicycle ride into the centre of hoi an old town! Owners where great and extremely helpful, helped book out onwards travel via a train and taxi to the station

After ten days of trudge in the mountains of the North, we put our luggage 3 days at Nicola. The place is peaceful in the quiet of any horn ... Very close to the old town accessible on foot. Nicola listens to us and is always ready to advise us. Comfortable and functional rooms nothing better to ask. Valerie

We stayed 4 days at La Terrazza. Idyllic setting, very flowery garden with a view of fields and rice fields. Very warm welcome by Nicola the owner who also speaks French very well. Very good breakfast. Excellent stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We highly recommend.
