The service starting with the reception was excellent. The receptionist Ni provided information regarding restaurants and local foods, places to visit, places of interest etc etc she did it with enthusiasm- she is in effect the tourism bureau of Hoi An in one. Well done Ni - it is a great fortune to have you checking us in. Keep up the excellent work. The location of the hotel in close proximity to loads of attractions in and around the ancient city saved us a lot of time as we can walk to most places of interest and of course the varieties of food - one even previously visited by Anthony Bourdain. The cleanliness is well taken care of by the housekeeping staff in the room. Though maintenance do need a bit of attention - the bathroom is a bit tired, paintwork is peeling off. The breakfast is adequate for the choices offered-it’s excellent. Keep up the excellent work - Team Hoi An Historic Hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hoian Central Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by the staff (Jasmine, Lien (spelling could be wrong) and Anna. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly varied and delicious. While the amenities were standard, the hotel's focus on service more than made up for it. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its commitment to integrity and customer care. After checking out, the staff discovered a Visa card left behind and promptly messaged me to arrange its return to my new hotel. This level of honesty and consideration is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you Hoian Central Hotel for an outstanding stay and exemplary service! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a warm and reliable experience. Rating: 5/5 stars

Really nice hotel and the service is top notch. We got a free upgrade to a premium room as I requested for 2 family rooms to be side by side. Highly recommend.

The room was clean, but the attic was a bit small. The lady boss was very welcoming and smiling the whole time. Overall, I was satisfied. It was very close to the ancient city and very convenient.

The owner was very enthusiastic and professional and told us some local information. The hotel is also very clean and comfortable. I hope the owner Vincent and his family are doing well. If you to come to Hoi An, I recommend this hotel!💯

オールドタウンを観光したい方にとって、非常に便利な立地にあるホテルです。主要な観光地へは徒歩5〜10分ほどでアクセス可能です。 部屋は清掃が行き届いており、清潔感がありとても快適に過ごせます。Wi-Fiも安定しており、問題なく使えました。トイレやバスルームも非常にきれいで、シャワーの水圧やお湯の出も申し分ありません。 リーズナブルに宿泊したい方や、気軽にオールドタウンを楽しみたい方に特におすすめの宿です。朝食も複数の料理から選ぶことができ、満足度の高い滞在が期待できます。 ウェルカムドリンクが冷蔵庫に入っていますが水以外は有料なので、気を付けてください。

Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent service from everyone that works there. They helped us with restaurants, shopping, and adventures. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back.

The accommodation is in a small alley, very cute. The room is clean, has 3 floors. We were on the 3rd floor, the room was spacious, the price was cheap, the staff provided good service. Can speak English For breakfast, you can choose what you want to eat. The staff will go and make it cute, homestay feel. Near tourist attractions and shops Next to the accommodation there is a grocery store and restaurant.

The staffs were fantastic !! They were one of the best hospitality staffs there. We killed some time in the hotel lobby for a taxi to the airport due to delaying our flight. One staff was very caring our flight and she treated us some hot tea and some snacks. It touched our heart. Of course, the room was comfortable, clean, enough towels… I highly recommended to stay this hotel!

Cycling in the past, the owner was very enthusiastic to ask if it was safer to park indoors. There were many shops around it. The mattress in the room was very good. Breakfast was a menu the day before. One main meal was accompanied by a drink.
