The room is very nice, Jessi at the reception is super helpful! She arranged shuttle bus for us to old town, booked spa downstairs and we had enjoyed a welcome afternoon tea with some traditional Vietnamese cakes, it’s such a great experience to try local desserts. What’s more, the breakfast in here is so amazingly good I can say the quality is the best in the trip even comparing to those 5 stars hotels in town! The spa and two pools are nice! We had 60 mins oil massage with a very reasonable price! Tina, Sam and VY are taking care of the family and the service is just amazing! We had a wonderful trip experience with staying in this hotel and we will definitely come visit again for the good services, nice food and hotel room :)

Hotel is excellent, location is abit far from the old town. Have to walked around 10mins. There’s a local seafood restaurant nearby hotel which less than 5mins walk.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for something a bit different. The design is truly standout – stylish, modern, and with unique touches that give the space real character. It’s clear a lot of thought went into the aesthetics, and it pays off. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay – professional without being overly formal. The location is also a big plus: well-connected and convenient for exploring the area. The pool is visually stunning and a great place to relax, though the water was noticeably on the cooler side. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a warm soak. Breakfast was good – while the selection wasn’t huge, everything was fresh and flavorful. Quality over quantity, and in that sense, it delivered. Overall, a stylish and well-run hotel with just a few minor drawbacks. Great value for the experience.

Beautiful hotel room. The location is a little far from Old Town, but they provide free bicycles, so it’s just about a 10 minute bike ride away. Near the hotel are some very good nail salons and massage places. The buffet breakfast offered enough western and Asian options that changed daily. I would stay here again 😊

This was my first time visiting Hoi An, and as a solo traveler, I was looking for something peaceful but still close to the Old Town and Vy Maison was perfect. The location is quiet and cozy, yet it’s just a short walk to all the action. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful and intentional. My room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed perfect for unwinding, reflecting, or even journaling if that’s your vibe. I genuinely loved just being at the hotel, even without doing much exploring. The pool was peaceful, the entire space had this calm, welcoming energy, and the aesthetics? Gorgeous. Breakfast each morning was a dream fresh fruits, delicious local dishes, and so much care in every detail. One of my favorite parts was the little foot bath they give you every evening. It’s a small touch but makes you feel so cared for after a day out. I also booked the airport pickup through the hotel, it was smooth, affordable, and took the stress out of arriving. They offer bike rentals too (which I didn’t take advantage of this time but definitely will next visit). Honestly, I’m already thinking about when I can come back. Whether you’re traveling solo, with friends, or as a couple, I’d highly recommend Vi Maison. It’s easily a 15 out of 10 for me.

Enjoyed our stay at La Silk. The hotel is well decorated and refurbished. And in its own words trying to model itself after Santorini. Here is my quick summary: Buffet breakfast: good overall selection (changes each day) and nice egg and noodle station. Pool: good size, but only for the keen as it is prominently located and fairly cold in February. Rooms: good size with a small balcony. Don’t expect much if a view, can be noisy and downstairs smoking seemed to permeate our toilets. Location: abit on the outskirts of town. Grab drivers cancel your trips because the entrance access is through a very tight lane. Customer service: staff are helpful and quick to attend to you.

From the moment we arrived at Vaia Hotel Boutique, we were warmly welcomed and treated with exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making us feel at home right away. A special thanks to Phuong, whose attentiveness truly stood out—she seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. Her genuine care and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. While the facilities and breakfast could use a bit of improvement, the overall experience more than made up for it. The personalized service and welcoming atmosphere left a lasting impression, and we genuinely appreciated the hospitality. Also, they offer car transfer services which is way cheaper than booking from Grab! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a boutique hotel with heart! 💜

Clean, well maintained, comfortable cozy room well designed and nicely decorated in colonial Vietnamese architecture with French decor. Very efficient and welcoming receptions with good communication skills. Even the hotel shuttle driver could communicate in English. Tasty and many variety of food fir breakfast buffet. Free hotel shuttle to An Bang beach and Hoi ancient town centre. Free bicycle for use. We ate 2 dinner in the hotel cafe and the food was tasty. 20-25 min walking distance to ancient town old streets and river. Nice pool.area popular with hotel guests. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is in a quiet location, with a beautiful pool and a balcony that gets soft morning sunlight. New and clean furniture provides a pleasant feeling.

I love my stay here. Hidden beauty. Clean rooms although a bit of a struggle if you are on the side where there's no lift. Staff are nice and helpful although breakfast is not great. Walkable to the old town. Free bikes are a plus. We biked to the coconut farm for a boat ride. I like Hoi An. Recommendable.
