The location is very convenient, very close to the ancient town of Hoi An, which can be reached within ten minutes. The front desk of the hotel can help book a car to Da Nang, which is very convenient. The uncle who carried the luggage was very caring and praised. The only thing that needs improvement is that the breakfast is a bit monotonous. It would be better if the hotel had an elevator.

I am confused, for the first time I don't know how to rate the hotel. The location is wonderful, it is in the old city. The furniture is good, stylish. But everything is so old, I thought it was an old hotel, but it was 2015. The owner needs to improve the cleaning service, the furniture needs to be cleaned, the cabinet doors and the balcony blinds need to be adjusted. I stayed for 1 night and did not unpack my things. I did not want to. The staff tries, of course. Very friendly. The buffet is very modest, while I was eating, a cockroach was sitting next to me, I had to watch where it would crawl))) in the end I put a chair on it In my opinion, the price for this hotel is still too high

The hotel is centrally located,.which is a perk when you travel with youngsters. Upon our arrival, we were checked in immediately, which was much earlier than we were supposed to. The room was big enough. Don't expect the views from your room; you'll get aplenty while strolling through the town's numerous streets and alleys.

A very friendly and welcoming host family,who were very attentive to provide me and the other guests a very enjoyable staying!!!! The place is neat and spotlessy clean,so was the room. You can enjoy a lovely breakfast,that they will cook for you,in the garden. I am a foodie myself and a very good cook too,so I am very picky when it comes to 'good food'.Well,I have to admit that the lunch they cooked for me was just so delicious!!!!!! The place is within a 10 minutes walk to the ancient town and 10 minutes ride to An Bang beach. They provide bicycles and they rent motor bikes too. They were so kind to organise a pick up and drop off in Da Nang for me,at a very affordable price. I really had an amazing staying there and I can't recommend ti enough. I would definitely book there again. PS. It would be nice to have an in room safe fitted in the future.

Very good 👍! The location is quiet and the flowers on the balcony are beautiful! same as the picture! The backyard is an orange garden! I am very much looking forward to going again, sorry, but forgot to comment in time! I don’t speak the language but it’s good to play and eat !

This was my first Homestay, and I was absolutely blown away, Miss Ten and her Family are so welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my stay so much I will come back again and again. Nothing was too much trouble for the family, and I felt a part of the family whilst holidaying there. Miss Ten is very helpful in getting things organized and suggesting things to do and goes above and beyond. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it's very close to everything and clean and comfortable. Thank you Miss Ten and the family for making my stay so enjoyable. see you all again soon.
