"The Condo was in good condition, could’ve used new carpet and paint touch up but despite that very clean!!! The size the condo was perfect and we could see the ocean from the patio doors. The kitchen was well serviced with clean nice dishes. The washer/dryer was a fabulous feature we used!! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was including and easy to find. Condo was close to Kona Inn shopping and the bypass road used for Hwy 11. Would definitely recommend staying there!!! The guest book in the condo to write your own entry was so fun to read what other guests had done!! "

We arrived at 9 pm and the front desk had ended work, but there was a special line phone at the front desk door. "The hotel is nice, but it's too noisy. You're forced to get up at 8am, and then you hear the kids crying and the renovations going on outside. You don't feel like you're on vacation, but like a husband in his 40s with three kids, trying his best to stop the kids from making noises while you hear the renovations. At this point, you feel like a failure. If you have money, you'll stay in a better hotel. Also, services? You don't need any services at all. You're just going to sleep."

"Located in the center of Kailua-Kona, it is a very convenient location as you can reach the beautiful townscape in just a few minutes on foot. The cleanliness of the room was decent and there were no particular issues of concern. As we were a family of four, it was appreciated that there were two bathrooms when getting ready in the morning. Breakfast is included, but it is eaten outside, so I am a bit concerned about hygiene. Honolulu has a lot of Japanese people and does not have an exotic feel, but Kona is not like that and is known as a sunny town, with good weather most of the year, making it a highly recommended city. I think it is just right for those who are planning to go to Kona and want to sleep in a hotel."

"On the last day, I chose a hotel near the airport to stay overnight. The hotel is good value for money, but the old-fashioned air conditioner is very noisy. When I checked in at night, the girl at the front desk had the worst service I have ever seen in the United States. She had a sour face and was not at work. She only came out of the room after being called for a long time. It was really embarrassing for the hotel. Most of the bad points of the hotel are given to her."
