I stayed at Lisiman Xinsu in Shangri-La for 2 days, and it was a truly memorable experience. Despite the rainy weather, the views were still incredibly beautiful — misty mountains and lush greenery that made the whole place feel serene and magical. The service was excellent; the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of the stay was the ******* photography experience — it was such a fun and unique way to immerse ourselves in the local culture and take home some amazing memories. The property also had lots of adorable animals roaming around, which added a lovely charm and made the stay even more delightful, especially for animal lovers. Overall, Lisiman Xinsu offers a peaceful retreat with a great balance of natural beauty, cultural experience, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Shangri-La!

Very satisfied, beyond expectations, I like the decoration style of this hotel very much, the bedding is very comfortable, the floor heating is also comfortable for bare feet, the breakfast is clean and hygienic, the rice noodles taste good, the hotel brother is also responsible for the pick-up and drop-off when going to the observation deck, it is a very happy stay experience

We love the big clean spacious room with nice view. The room is so big that we can fully open 2 big luggages and still have plenty of space. Located in the heart of the old city, with many shops and restaurants around. The bed is very comfortable, and they provided oxygen machine and humidifier, which are great for high-altitude stay. There is a sofa in the room, too. The operator is very friendly and helpful. He even woke up early to send us to the main road as it will be challenging to lug our luggages along the uneven ancient road. Will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Shangri-La. This family owned hotel is located very close to the Ancient City of Du Ke Zong. It features a very stylish and modern design. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with dispersed oxygen supply. The owner, his wife, and their whole family warmly welcome every guest—helping us carry our luggage upstairs, assisting with car rentals, and recommending travel activities. They truly make guests feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shangri-La to stay at this guesthouse.

I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff eventhough they can’t speak English but they tried their level best to communicate via wechat and translate.From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was how they helped arrange transportation for my trip to Lijiang and even coordinated my transfer for the Balagezong tour. On the day of my trip to Balagezong,the staff personally sent me to the nearest bus station by motorcycle to make sure I caught the right bus on time—something I never expected, but deeply appreciated. This level of care and attention made my journey smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and cozy, but it’s the warm and genuinely helpful service that made it special. staff very helpful and importantly friendly to us. the way they explained to us very clear. Never regret to book here because near to 3 restaurant halal food, just about 5 to 15 min walking from here. we stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. we also booked balagezong tour & snow meili mountain tour. And, hotel provides free pick up & drop off, so dont forget to wechat them. Overall excellent! we will repeat here again.

Everything in hotel is all new. The staffs are all nice, they are enthusiastic, room is very modern, there are a lot of facilities. The location is also very good, you can walk to Dukezong ancient city within 5 minutes.

It is a very large manor inn. The separate cabin we stayed in had floor-to-ceiling windows. When we woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, we could see lambs, yaks, alpacas, horses, and sheepdogs on the grassland. We could take pictures with them, which was so therapeutic. It was quite warm in the afternoon and very cold in the morning and evening. Fortunately, there was floor heating in the room, so our feet were very warm on the floor. Moreover, this manor inn was also where the Running Man stayed and recorded, and we stayed in the same inn as them!
