"We got a free pickup service from the train station to the hotel. The hotel was very cozy, traditionally styled and very near to the scenic area. The owners are friendly and helped us to buy tickets to the Forongzheng town. Later they asked us when we were leaving and offered to arrange a taxi ride to the trainstation. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very attentive."

This Inn is perfectly located and has an amazing view. You will have to buy an entrance ticket for 109RMB, this ticket covers 3 days. Enter and exit of the city, access to walking underneath the waterfalls and watch the performances as many times as you want. I stayed 3 days. The host is patient and kind. He met me at the gate and helped carry my luggage. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Wifi works. All amenities provided and daily housekeeping. I will stay here again."

"Situated next to the iconic bridge and a convenient spot in the village, the rooms are all facing the iconic view of the river, providing a memorable and beautiful stay. I totally enjoy some live singing from the bridge. Like many others, The rooms itself are average and and needs to bring your luggage up staircase. The bedsheets are spotless and towels big and clean comfortable to use. When we arrived there isn’t a counter to check in, but the people from the shop helped me to call the hotel lady who came over from somewhere down the street. She is very polite and helpful and that helped us settled in comfortably"

"Owner makes effort to pre book tickets on behalf, and it is cheaper than purchasing on site.
Owner pick us upon arrival and help us with the luggage. Also offered us additional mineral water.
Great view from the room even though it is not the main waterfall. Noise from the street at night until 11pm can be heard from the room but it is not a big concern.
The location of the stay is easily accessible to nearby waterfall.
Only recommendation is the toilet steps in the room, which can be slippery.
Overall highly recommended!"

We were picked-up at the train station, our heavy luggages were carried to the room, we even got some fresh fruits at our arrival. The staff was always very friendly, supportive at any time and answering all our questions. We were even transported back to the train station for departure. I really loved our stay! Totally worth the price!

"Really lovely hotel room with a beautiful view of the river and bridge nearby. The staff were so accommodating. We were picked up from the train station and met by a lovely staff member who brought us to the location to pay for the scenic area ticket and then brought us to the hotel. A very seamless and stress free experience. She gave us some recommendations for the town over WeChat which was very helpful and arranged a transfer back to the train station."

"It is located inside the scenic park of Furong. To enter, therefore, you need to have purchased the park ticket. Hotel clean and nice. The staff picked me up at the train station and gave me a supplement of my room (which is not obvious but still welcome). Remember that being inside the park, but always in an outdoor position with respect to music, you might hear people talking late"

The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Furong Ancient Town - Viewing Pavilion, Xizhou Copper Pillar and Furong Town Waterfall. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in separate 3 rooms.
10/10 Location : This hotel is right next to the scenic viewing platform to see whole waterfall with the old village. You can't see the waterfall from the room (nice for us since we don't want disturbing sound when we sleep) but replace with very beautiful and calm river view. Each room place separately and have different scenery. It's hard to tell which room you would get when you book the room via Trip.com but the 8805 and 8806 we stayed both have wonderful scenery.
10/10 Service : Hotel staff was very helpful. They helped us carry the luggage to the rooms. They don't have enough staffs in my opinion.
8/10 Facilities : Breakfast is easy and delicious. Room and bathroom facilities are just enough. About drop off, they will drop you to the back entrance of Fenghuang Village area. You will need to walk from the road, pass the alley - the ticket gate, then arrive at the hotel entrance not too far. This hotel may not convenient for elderly.
6/10 Cleanliness : Actually it not all that bad. The room 8805 and 8806 were quite clean minus only the air conditioner when we switch to heater, it smell (may be visitors rarely use heater). But the room 8803 is quite dirty (I guess it's because 8803 is not the frequently occupied room but they give us this room because they want us to stay close to each other). And It's such a shame that they have such a beautiful place but didn't take care of the weeds to allow for the full view from the room."

SSze-Wan NgExcellent stay at Furong! Luckily it was low season so we got upgraded to a room with a view. Everyone at the Inn was super friendly and helpful. They told us about discounted tickets for seniors, spots to dine to get a great view of the waterfall and history of Tujia etc.

GGuest UserHassle free experience checking into this bed and breakfast accommodation. The staff will contact you a day before to offer discounted entrance tickets (90 yuan) and transportation by a private driver (20 yuan). We opted for both of these services and it was the best decision we’ve made. The driver will drop you off at the closest entrance to the town, where the staff will meet you in a tricycle to transport your suitcases to the accommodation. The pathway is dirt so it would have been a nightmare pulling our suitcases through this. The rooms are large but average. We can see half of the waterfall from our balcony. For breakfast it is simple soup noodle. They ran out of rice sticky dumplings by the time we got there and the staff did not refill it. The only standout was the outdoor dining area, you’ll get a full view of the town which was amazing without having to be surrounded by a large crowd. I did notice that some tourists managed to walk in and take some photos when the front desk was not staffed… which felt unfair as this was the most expensive accommodation we’ve paid whilst in china.

PPerfect StayThe service was great. One of the male workers helped with our luggage when we arrived and when we left. He also helped us pay for the tickets to enter the Furong Ancient Town.
My family of four stayed in two bedrooms with one bathroom. Both rooms have comfortable beds and great air conditioning.
The town is most beautiful at night, especially at the waterfall. We had dinner at one of the restaurant with a view of the town and waterfall, and it was magical.

It can be reached by car in a few minutes near the east gate entrance of the scenic area, 800 meters away from Wulingyuan Bus Station, 800 meters away from Charming Xiangxi Theater, and 10 minutes away on foot. It is very convenient for travel. There is a pedestrian street at the entrance of the hotel, and there are special restaurants around. There are also night markets, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, fruit stores, shopping malls, specialty stores, clothing stores, barber shops, etc. nearby, which are very convenient for shopping and dining. 2. Brand new facilities and equipment: The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with advanced bathrooms and sufficient hot water. The quilts are very warm and comfortable to sleep. 3. Clean and comfortable: Clean the room and change toiletries in time every day. 4. Intimate and thoughtful service: The proprietress is an English teacher. She kindly and patiently took me to visit the hotel room, made a free travel guide for me and bought discounted tickets for the scenic area, invited me to lunch and dinner, provided free fruit and free breakfast, cared about my travel on the way every day, and greeted, communicated and gave me directions in English from time to time. Thanks to the enthusiastic help and thoughtful service of the boss lady, my trip to Zhangjiajie was very happy and smooth. If you are a foreigner traveling to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park like me, I recommend staying at Xifu Bay Resort Hotel.

Owner(the one who receive us) is very responsive by trip.com chat or wechat, and he is very helpful. He told me to go around right after we arrived which is already late(23.30). He told me to see the waterfall at night first which is very beautiful because the light will be off at 24.00

SSorinGThe location is just in the scenic area, view is incredible. The location is actually you are paying for, so expect the average on anything else.
The staff is ok, no english but the apps will do.
Breakfast is asian and quite basic.
Be warned that the cars taxis have no access inside the scenic area. The road from the drop point (scenic area gate) till hotel is rocky, paved with irregular stones, it’s a pita dragging the luggage, so come with a light one :))
At midnight everything shuts down, including the lights, so make sure you’re doing your night shots by then.
