The guest rooms are on the second floor of a detached house, and the owners live on the first floor. Both the first and second floors have bathrooms, toilets, and washing machines, all of which can be used for free. Facilities like a refrigerator and microwave are in the first-floor kitchen and are available for your use at any time.
"It's a little far from the station, so it takes more than 20 minutes to walk. It's in a residential area, so there are no shopping or eating places nearby. On the other hand, it was quiet and the room was spacious, which was nice."

GGuest UserIt was used with a small child, but the owner was concerned and I was able to use it with peace of mind.
It's in a residential area, so there's no noise and you can spend it relaxing.
The bath in the facility is only used for the basic shower, but the public bath recommended was very good.
It seems that the owner will pick you up and drop you off to the public bath when you are handy.
The entrance is locked around 24 o'clock, but you can go in and out if you tell it in advance.
Early in the morning is locked.
The homemade bread and cherry blossom confiture I had for breakfast was very delicious.
It was a fun time to talk to the owner and the color 々 while eating.
I wanted to avoid Western-style rooms such as hotels when my child wanted to move around high-high, but it was very difficult to find a Japanese-style room, so I was very grateful.

AAmos testIt was raining heavily on the day I lived. I entered the house CHECK IN. The hotel staff immediately helped me carry my luggage and put it in my room. I took slippers to wear it. My whole head was sweaty that day. They immediately handed over the towel. For all the facilities in the hotel, I was very serious about introducing it. At the end of the trip, I also gave a small blessing, thank you, I will stay again.

To conclude, it was a place that had the best value for money, location, and atmosphere.

It’s in the center of Sapporo,
so there are izakayas, convenience stores, and ramen shops nearby.
It was perfect for having a drink at night and coming back.
✔️ Facilities & Atmosphere
There are both dormitories and private rooms,
and I used the dormitory room.
The room was clean and warm,
and the shared shower/toilet was well maintained.
The lounge was spacious,
and it was nice to have a can of beer here and plan my trip.
✔️ Staff friendliness
The front desk staff speaks English well and is very friendly.
They even show you recommended restaurants on the map!
They even store your luggage for free until dinner after you check out.

This quality for 1,000 yen including breakfast for one night?
A real bargain! Recommended for those traveling alone or looking for value for money.

오오하진It's really good value for money, and the owner, Geha, is kind.
I was worried that the cleanliness wouldn't be good because of the price, but both the bed and bathroom were clean.
However, since it is a wooden building, there is some noise when someone climbs the stairs.

AAnonymous User급하게 여행계획을 잡다보니 스스키노 중심쪽 숙소가 괜찮은데가 없었고 너무 비싸서 최대한 저렴한 방을 찾던 중 우연히 발견한 숙소였습니다. 리뷰가 너무 없어서 자세히 남겨봅니다.
삿포로역에서도 위쪽으로 조금 떨어져있어서(도보15분 정도) 위치는 별로였지만 기대를 안하고 가서인지 생각보다 괜찮았어요. 4-6시 사이에 체크인이라길래 시간 맞춰 갔더니 1층 부동산에서 관리자분이 방 번호랑 간단한 안내만 해주셨고 나머지는 셀프 체크인을 해야하는 방식이었는데. 큐알을 통해 여권사진 등 간단한 신상정보를 업로드해야 열쇠가 담긴 보관함의 비번을 알려주고 보관함의 열쇠를 꺼내 들어가는 식이었고, 저는 그 과정에서 오류가 조금 있어서 부동산 직원분의 도움을 받아야했기에;; 가급적이면 체크인 시간에 가는게 좋을 듯해서 이 점이 불편했던 것 같습니다. (숙소와 연락할 방법이 전화밖에 없는거 같고, 1층 부동산을 통해 안내받아야하는 거라 정해진 시간 이외에 체크인도 가능할지는 잘 모르겠네요)
이름은 호텔이지만 에어비앤비에 가까워요.
방은 최근에 리모델링을 한건지 사진에서 보던 것보다는 깔끔했고 탁상거울,전신거울,TV,전자레인지,냉장고,드라이기,에어컨,난방기 등이 구비되어 지내는데 부족함이 없었네요.
침대도 매트리스는 살짝 불편했지만 그정도면 잠깐 묵기에는 괜찮았고 오래된 가구 같지는 않아 깨끗했어요. 방도 생각보다 넓어서 친구랑 둘이 묵기에 좁은 느낌은 없었습니다. 일본 대부분 숙소가 그러하듯 화장실이 굉장히 작았는데 그래도 여긴 변기가 살짝 틀어져있어서 괜찮았고 깨끗했어요. 숙소 관련 규정(쓰레기 처리 등)이나 인근 상점 정보 등을 안내해주는 인쇄물 같은게 있어서 한번 읽어보는게 좋구요. 재활용 쓰레기를 철저히 분리해서 퇴실할때 버려야하는게 조금 번거롭긴한데 저희는 크게
상관없어서 괜찮았는데 이런게 조금 귀찮다 싶으면 호텔 가시는게 나을것 같네요.
저희 묵을 땐 옆방에 사람이 없어서 조용해서 방음이 잘되는지는 확인할 길은 없었지만 크게 시끄러웠던 기억은 없었어요.
정리해보자면 중심가에서 떨어진 위치, 셀프체크인과 셀프 뒷정리의 번거로움, 연박시 청소 없음, 수건 충당없음, 긴급시 직원과 연결제약이 있는 불편함이 있지만 그래도 저렴한 가격, 괜찮은 청결 컨디션을 고려하면 2일 정도 묵기엔 나쁘지 않았어요
참고로 엘베없는 3층건물이라 짐들고 오르내리해야하고, 변기가 잘못내리면 물이 계속 내려가서 래버 확인을 잘해줘야해요.
주방세면대와 전자레인지, 냉장고 있어서 저녁에 야식먹기에 편리했어요! 다음에 가게되면 위치때문에 또 묵기에는 힘들겠지만
저렴한 숙소 찾으시는 분들에겐 그나마 괜찮은 거 같아서 추천드릴게요!

유유경I was worried because there were not many reviews, but it was a pretty satisfactory accommodation. I leave a review for those who make a reservation.
I traveled with 3 people, but I was worried that the Japanese accommodation was generally small, so I was worried that it would be like this here, but it was so nice that the two double beds, the room was spacious, the kitchen was equipped and comfortable. It's a quiet neighborhood, so I don't know if I can hear noise outside and the soundproofing is good or the people living are quiet, but it was nice to be quiet. The bed was also an iron bed at first, but it was fluffy and stable, so I could sleep well. The downside is that I didn't refill the towel, so if I didn't have enough, I had to wash it myself with a washing machine inside. The location was good as it was a 10-minute walk from Susukino Station and a 5-minute walk from Nakajimakoen Station. There is also a convenience store (Family Mart) right nearby. I would like to use this property on my next trip to Sapporo.

BbobbiipinNice and cosy hostel in convenient location, not too far from Nijo market and Susukino. There were convenient stores and coin laundry nearby as well. Bed was snuggly and comfortable although it was a shared room. Having bar downstairs was both a benefit and drawback. It was convenient to get food & drink after a long day travelling and you don't want to leave for anywhere else, and their bar has great selection of drinks. However, the sound from the bar can be loud so earplugs is highly recommended to ensure a good night sleep. The bar area is also a smoking zone as well so even though the dorm is strictly non-smoking, the smell might still bother you if you're sensitive. Overall I think it's a not bad value for what you pay for, and great if you want a bit more lively hostel rather than quiet place.

SShiziI stayed at ２ night ３ day in the form of employee travel.
It was convenient because it was close to a garage, a convenience store and a subway station. There were two toilets, a shower room, and a bathroom with a bathtub, which was dispersed and used, which was helpful.
However, it seems that the bathtub was not cleaned on that day. Dirty water was accumulated and I started cleaning. Other than that, it is perfect.
