House has been fully renovated in 2022 and modernized. Kitchen has brand new appliances and has everything you would need to make a meal. Main bedroom features a king bed with work space while other rooms features queen beds. Smart TVS in all bedrooms. Park in the attached garage or driveway only.• Total Occupants Permitted - 10 occupants max, no more than 7 adults, and no more than 4 unrelated • No pets allowed.• No parties allowed. We have noise level monitoring devices on site that will alert you if there's excessive noise.• No loudspeakers in the backyard or patio area. • Quiet times are between the hours of 10pm-8am (no audio sound beyond property line).
