We're conveniently right next door to a Walmart if you need groceries or anything. For the winter, we use the space heaters and the woodstove fireplace to warm the house,there's a space heater for each bedroom available. Swimming, wading and boating in the pond is not allowed.Can we fish in the pond?YES! It is catch and release only. The pond is stocked with carp and bass.Is the pond private?No. It belongs to the community. You can walk the path around the pond, so don't be surprised to see people on a stroll or chilling on the bench in front of our home.Can we feed the ducks and geese?YES! We provide a small amount of floating duck food. We ask that you not feed them bread as it is bad for their digestive system.Are the birds loud?The geese leave in the morning and return in the evening.
