This is a newer condo (2006). It is newly up for rent and very nicely maintained. Comfortably sleep 6. King size bed in the master. Bunk beds, with additional trundle bed in the guest bedroom. Pull out couch in the living room. We're centrally located in the Winter Park area, close to Grand lake, Lake Granby, Rocky mountain national park, and all that the mountains have to offer, be it skiing/snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, or kayaking.2 bathrooms, one in the master and one in the main hall. The Free Lyft Shuttle is steps away, which you can take to The Winter Park Resort, Fraser or Downtown Winter Park. The master bedroom is lofted, and is located on the top floor. It has a private deck and a newly remodeled bathroom. Bathroom has a large walk in shower that makes you feel like you are showering amongst the tree tops! There is a small lofted area just outside the master bedroom with a single daybed, great for up to 2 children or 1 adult to sleep and/or for you to hide away to read that book you brought with you or that you borrowed from our book shelf. There is also a washer and dryer available on the lower level for your use. During the ski season, we always hope for snow, but cleaning off your car is no fun. Park two cars in the garage and up to 2 others in our large driveway. Don't feel like driving at all once you get here? No problem. This home is only 1 country block away from the ski resort shuttle bus stop. It picks up and drops off every 30 minutes during the ski season. Other conveniences include Safeway grocery store and liquor store less than 1 mile away and many restaurants in the towns of Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash. Don't want to leave fido at home? I have a Border Collie of my own and totally understand. The home is pet friendly (2 max) with an incremental pet fee to cover the cost of housekeeping fees that we are charged.
