Beautifully designed, this home offers spacious living and entertaining areas and a well equipped kitchen. The basement offers a large living room with an additional fireplace, utility room with a brand new washer and dryer, and two bedrooms. The main living room has new 75" smart TV, as well as a new 65" smart TV in the basement living room. Every bedroom also has TV's connected to Spectrum cable. Wifi throughout the entire residence. New furniture has been added to the main living room, as well as new outdoor patio furniture on the upper deck. New dining room table that seats 6 comfortably. Other living room and bedroom furniture is being replaced as quickly as the supply chain will allow.
