The 2 large leather sofas frame the stone fireplace, and are the perfect spot to warm up and enjoy a cocktail après-ski or a game of cards (board games available). Located outside the living area is a brand new ~1,700 sq ft wood deck and gravel patio with fire pit & seating, and a hot tub for 7 that overlooks the beautiful hills and treetops.The brand new kitchen is a chef’s dream with a large 7ft island and radiant heated floors (don’t stress if you forget your slippers). The kitchen includes brand new Samsung appliances including a 5-burner electric range, oven, dishwasher, and french door refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for creating a casual dinner party fit for the stunning setting. If grilling is what you’re after, a new gas grill is located adjacent to the outdoor fire pit. The kitchen also includes a wood burning stove to make the space extra cozy. The bar has all the tools and glassware needed for the perfect cocktail. Bring your favorite bottle and enjoy a refreshment by the fire.The kitchen comes stocked with a traditional coffee pot, Chimex, Keurig Coffee Maker, electric kettle and milk frother to make cappuccinos, lattes, tea, or hot toddies.
