What we didn't expect was the beautiful deck (and beautiful windows!) facing the mountains, where we saw the most beautiful sunsets. The house feels secluded, but you are only 15 minutes from North Conway which has everything you would need. There were multiple ski slopes from us to choose from while we were there, and even a free place to ice skate next to the North Conway train station.
